So great to have gotten the chance to stay here twice this season. Love the hotel and its beach. Great breakfast service and setting. The staff made all the difference in my guest experience. Stefanie and Francesc, Agustin and the wonderful Carmen you all made my stay perfect! Thank you!

Toilet design

Breakfasts were outstanding every day - both in range and quality. Very comfortable beds. Very impressively refurbished in 2023 - with thought given to plugs adjacent to mirrors.

Whilst all food was of good quality, it was limited menus at night. Not being informed that full payment due on arrival - however late that may be.

Breakfast was delicious, so much choice. The views are amazing and l loved the fact you had direct access to the sea

The staff was nice and the facility great.

The food at the hotel restaurant was bland, unimpressive and just not good. It was a challange finding something on the menue both for lunch and dinner.

Not keen on the glass bathroom walls. I was staying alone on this occasion however would not be suitable if sharing with teenage son.

The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect and the breakfast was really good.

The staff was not very friendly or showed that they wanted to help. We had a problem with AC that could easily be solved if someone has gone to the room and instructed us on how it worked, but instead, we had to pass a very uncomfortable night for no good reason. The bathroom is all glass and there is no privacy, if you travel with friends and want to have some privacy, no chance unless the person leaves the room. The room is very dusty even after the service in the morning. I don't think it was actually cleaned. We need to wait for some time to get someone to come to the table to get drink/food orders.

Breakfasts were very tasty and staff was very helpful. I liked the swimming pool area a lot. Very nice views from the room to the sea. One could watch the sunrises every day.

I had issues with several water leaks in my room which was in the end repaired. Practically no direct access from the hotel to the nice sandy beach where you could spend all day. There was only a tiny little entrance to the sea. There was a nice beach nearby though 10 minutes' walk.

Breakfast great, good choice. Views fabulous from the restaurant and when sunbathing. Could hear the waves at night as left balcony door open. Plenty of sun beds. Bus to Palma stopped nearby and very frequent. Loved the decor in the common areas. Very nice cocktails.

Air conditioning poor. Did not keep room cool. Not sufficient choice at taverna at lunchtime so had to go out to eat elsewhere.

Really lovely room — comfy bed, big shower, clean facilities — with an enjoyable view (side view, but still nice)
