Location was great but the house was dirty. Mats in kitchen and bathrooms were worn out and dirty. All furniture was heavily soiled and stained. Bedsheets, towels and wash cloths were stained and dingy. Pool had several dead worms on the bottom and appeared to have not been cleaned before our stay. Dishes pots and pans were old and worn. Needless to say I’m very surprised to see the other reviews saying how clean the house was. That was certainly not my experience.

Great location, great fenced back yard so didn’t have to worry about the puppy while sitting around the pool, great house. Advertised as heated pool but it is not. Lee answered the phone 2 times. Did not answer the third time so I left a message. Did not call us back. Did not respond to text message or email. Said he will send the pool guy and that’s the last we spoke. Makes me wonder if the pool is actually intended to be heated. Had a great vacation but paid extra for a home with a heated pool which if it would have been would have had a top vacation.

So fun staying at Amelia’s Breeze. We loved the game room not to mention the easy quick access to wherever we went. The beach access really is a 2 minute walk. So easy and quick to get to Ft. Clinch and the downtown with all the cute shops and great restaurants. Would highly recommend.

This house had everything we needed and more: comfortable beds and furniture, heated pool, great deck, game room, etc. Very close to the beach. Also close to restaurants and shopping.

This was a perfect location for our daughters wedding. We were close to other family staying as well in the area and not far from her venue in Yulee. The beach was very close and beautiful and a wonderful area to run in the morning before our daily activities that were very busy. The house was a very relaxing place to end our day as well. We had a great time. The house was perfect and close to the beach which was great for those morning walks with my 2 Yorkies. Great fenced in yard for my dogs. Family loved having access to a private pool. Definitely plan on returning for a longer stay!

Our family had such a wonderful vacation! The house far exceeded our expectations! The house was spacious and clean and well supplied with everything we needed. The game room in the garage was a nice bonus! Having a private pool made our time there even better! The fenced in yard allowed us to travel with our dogs and they got to experience the beach for the first time. Would definitely recommend this fantastic home to anyone visiting Amelia Island! I hope we can visit again soon!

Comfortable beach house
This vacation house was perfect for my family. My husband, two young kids and my parents went for the week. All of the beds were VERY comfortable and the house had everything we needed and more. The garage turned game room kept my boys entertained for hours. We had every intention of going to the beach, but remained by the pool most of the time because there were tables, umbrellas and a lovely breeze. I highly recommend a stay at this house if you're looking for a relaxing stay at a well appointed house.

The Perfect Home
Our group of 7 loved this home. Perfect location to the beach and downtown Fernandina. The home is even better than it looks online with plenty of dishes, silverware, and extra towels and sheets. We all loved the game room, separate living spaces, and plenty of yard, pool, and back deck to enjoy with our 2 dogs as well. The owners are very responsive and quick to fix any issue. We would absolutely love to return and stay again soon!

We loved it. The home was well appointed with everything we needed. Everything worked as it was supposed to and most importantly - it was clean. The location to the beach is great and the pool at the house is beautiful. Lots to do in town - much nicer shopping than St. Augustin in our opinion. We will go back when we can stay longer.

Perfect
Our short five night stay was everything we were hoping for. Our three young grandsons thoroughly enjoyed the pool but also the games in the garage. Access to the beach was great and the house had every amenity. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful Beachhouse.

Family Getaway
We had an amazing family getaway at this house with 3 teenagers and 1 almost teenager. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and fit what we needed. The kids loved the activities in the garage. The pool was perfect for those that didn’t want to spend every day at the beach. And the beach is a very short walk away. We will be back.

Amazing experience! Spent 4 days at Amelia Breeze celebrating my future sister-in-law with 9 other girls. Had plenty of room to accommodate everyone comfortably with all of the necessities to make us feel at home. Will definitely be visiting again.

Could be better
Great location, but the furniture and home itself were in desperate need of a deep cleaning. Numerous pieces of furniture were deeply soiled, rugs were dirty, and outside furniture was rusty and starting to break. Pillows on seats were so dirty I chose to wash them myself. The blinds in the bedrooms were broken and couldn't be closed. It wasn't terrible, but I would have preferred a cleaner, more thoughtful experience.

Kitchen was stocked we ate all meals at home. 1 block from the beach. Loved the game room in the garage. Beach chairs, toys and wagon provided. Beds were very comfortable we would come again

Great Family Vacation
We absolutely LOVED this house. It was perfect for our family. The short walk to the beach and the pool were two of our favorite things. The games and indoor space were appreciated on the rainy days! We all left saying that we hope to return again!

Amazing, highly recommend!
This property was fantastic! The home was clean and exactly how described. Having a pool in the backyard was wonderful and great with kids. The walk to the beach was no more than three minutes and not crowded. There was a beach wagon that was great to have access to. A short car ride down A1A and there's a couple of great restaurants and surf shops. I can't say enough great things about the house! I highly recommend and we will look to stay agin!!

Perfect location- lots to do!
We loved this property. The location was great- close enough to walk back and forth to the beach several times a day- but not an overly crowded neighborhood. The kids loved all of the activities available in the garage area and we used the pool often. We would definitely stay here again!

The house has plenty of space and fun built in for the whole family to enjoy. From Ping Pong, Chess, Foosball, to swimming pool, and outdoor dining, this house was perfect for our family of four. It also provides easy access to the beach. We highly recommend!
