Great place for family. Quite place, very near to ski and very friendly and professional staff. Will surely come again.

Location, infrastructure and staff. The fact that you can ski directly from the hotel. The sauna for adults and the diversity of play spaces for kids.

I booked this hotel 3 weeks earlier.
Just before the arrival day I got a call from hotel staff and they said that they will be closed on my arrival day and they can arrange a booking at another hotel 10km away.
I booked this hotel to visit a nearest beautiful place in the early morning. Unfortunately, I had to change my plan due this incident. Finally, I had to stay in the other hotel(JUFA Hotel Bad Aussee) because I have no options.
Important this is;
I started a friendly chat with "JUFA Hotel Bad Aussee" staff and asked about why "JUFA Hotel Altaussee" was closed today :/
They said IT'S OPEN TODAY :(

The room was big and comfort.
Breakfast was great - a rich and good options.
The location is a bit far from everything, drive for there wasnt so nice.

The playroom was amazing. Breakfast and buffet dinner are excellent and very tasty. The road to the hotel can be tricky but very nice.
The mattress wasn't very comfortable and the pillows are very thin. No kettle in the room. The shower is open and you just draw a curtain.

Everything was clean, the personnel was friendly, there was a good selection at breakfast, the location was convenient. The shower was hot. Nice view of the Loser mountain.
My partner found that the bed was extremely hard. I found that I could hear all our neighbors next door and above us. Neither of us got a lot of sleep, unfortunately.

Friendly staff, great location with beatiful view, great cuisine, a lot of things to do in the surrounding area.
The room was not too big, but it was comfortable to sleep in it.

This is a very nice location out side of the town. It is up on the mountain so make sure to ask for a room with mountain view.
Breakfast is good with nice variety.
The room was very clean and the stuff members are welcoming.

Beautiful hotel at a wonderful location, with nice staff. Everything was very clean.
Breakfast was a little boring, everyday the same. Dinner was quite expensive, without a large assortment of dishes.
