good position, modern

the hotel is located in a good area, if you need to get something to eat. has a grocery store , walking distance, also some shops. Had a parking just near by. the breakfast was good. not so far away from city centre.

everything is ok, good value for the money,.

Great location, great beds, good room size

Hard to find the entrance from the parking lot into the hotel...it took me more than 30 minutes walking alon at midnigth... until I forced a door to entry to the shopping area... the front desk clerk was not really helpful when my wife reported him that I was not returned from the parking lot...he only stated..."its a big parking lot"... Did not helped, so my wife told him that she was going to call from an outside people (our relatives that live in Oslo) to came to look for me. The first room they ave us has no heat... the clerk ofered us to find another room... it took him about 30 minutes as he was checking the heat in sevralrooms until he found ne..we moved to the new one maybe aroun 2 am... the last day we stayed..there was not hot water in the room... the same guy told us..the hotel is empty..so leave the shower open and eventually you will have hot water...and this happened about 30 minutes later.

Quiet room, clean bed and bathroom, friendly staff.

No gym available, breakfast was good but not a lot of variety; lacked low-fat alternatives for various food items; only butter or options containing butter, no pure vegetarian margarine, no skimmed milk. Cereals mostly sweet/choco cereals.

Small rooms. Trash can was not emptied, coffee machine in room was dirty and didn't function properly Glasses was not cleaned/replaced with clean ones from one day to another

Hotel has two faces and unfortunately one looks to the northeast and the railway. If you stay on this side, you are going to freeze and cannot sleep because of the trains passing almost every ten minutes. I stayed on the other side one week ago and it was quite good, but I am very unlucky this week that I learned the other face. I think it is for the visiting team for a terrible night experience before the next days match.

Unfriendly reception staff, cold room and noise.

The extra charge make me unable to enjoy my stay, so I cant really recall anything positive that I can write down here….

The staff charged me more than what I booked the room for on Booking.com. that was so disappointing and I felt betrayed.

Very nice and good breakfast, but I didn't go down to to the restaurant. But I has Very great time. And very nice of receptionist I was there last night. And I think I would like to visit again sometime ☺

It's Nothing to dislike. But just a little bit small room.

Very good location, access to big highways and close to university. Check in was very quick and staff was helpful. Very nice parking garage with lots of space.

The rooms are not very well ventilated and are extremely hot and stuffy inside. Even compared to the corridor right outside the room, the room is much hotter. You also cannot really open a window because of the noisy trains running until midnight. We asked the staff for help on two occasions but they could not do anything for us.
