The location is great and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Ang & Bronwin were really great. Having laundry in the room was essential to a comfortable 8 night stay. Including having a half bath on top of the full bath; that was very convenient. We were staying here in March and it rained 6 out of 8 days of our stay so parking underground and having a covered balcony area made it comfortable.

The couch and the bed weren't the most comfortable. It was a bummer to not have pool towels available but it wasn't the end of the world. The stand up shower floor would get slippery and I almost fell a few times.

View is stunning. Management was great. Apartment was top tier. Loved watching the whales. Highly recommended.

The location waa perfect and friendly staff.

The Apartment was well appointed, clean and very centrally located. All the shops and restaurants are at your feet and the beach is just across the road. High floor apartment with views of Burleigh and out West. Large lounge/dining area with large windows and many doors that can be opened. Watch out if there's a strong wind. The apartment has an outdoor area also. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Spa bath in main. Cooking and washing facilities in the apartment also. Free car parking was available in the basement. All in all, would return to this place.

The apartment was on the main road side and also above the hotel so there's quite a bit of noise at different parts of the day or night. Still, it is a lovely place to stay.

Great location directly across from the beach. Right near a number of cafes and restaurants. New, light and breezy property. Great living spaces for large groups including an outdoor table. Well equipped kitchen. Carpark included which is helpful as street parking is hard to find. Most of the beds were very comfortable (with the exception of the two single beds).

Poor communication about check in. Office closed on Saturday afternoons despite check in not being possible until 2:00pm. Staff were very rude when contacted when we arrived to confirm check-in procedure as it differed from the communication sent by email. Quite an unpleasant start to the trip. Pillows very flat. Kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment and utensils however basics like oil, salt, pepper and dishwashing liquid not provided.
