El hotel es fantástico. La ubicación dentro del parque permite ir al sendero antes o después de los horarios de apertura al público en general y permite aprovechar mejor sin tanta gente.
La comida podría mejorar, en general. En el bar podrían haber más opciones simples de platos para niños. En el desayuno, los platos que se piden calientes demoran mucho. En los buffets no hay muchas opciones para niños (solo spaghetti y un tipo de carne)

This place is fantastic. The location is really the key selling point - it’s right in the National Park, and you have about two hours before and after everyone else leaves to explore at your own pace. I was able to have the entire falls viewing platform to myself one morning, which was an absolutely surreal experience given that when I went during normal hours the day prior, it was packed shoulder to shoulder with hundreds of people lined up and jostling each other for selfies.
The hotel itself is perfect as well. It’s kept up extremely well, the room is spotless, bed is super comfortable. Nice pool area and facilities.
The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly to boot.
Not a con per se, but all the above means it’s priced top of market. It is definitely a “splurge” property, but worth every penny in my opinion.

Als extrem vorteilhaft ist der Parkzutritt außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten zu bewerten.
Händehandtücher wurden nicht ersetzt, am zweiten Abend der Bademantel nicht
Schön wären natürlich etwas größere Zimmer. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt oder eine Schlechtwetterphase wäre diese Zimmergröße nicht komfortabel

Exceptional location and fabulous property. The only hotel within the National Park boundary on the Brazil side of Iguazu Falls. Once the daily tourists leave, you have the falls to yourself....sunrise and sunset. Fabulous. The rooms are exceptional, staff is top notch, and the restaurants are excellent. Exceptionally attentive hotel staff from the concierge to the pool staff to the restaurants. Exceeded expectations and worth the price.

Excellent facilities, amazing staff. But the main reason to stay here are the falls. I think it’s the only way to visit them as you get the park to yourself once tourists leave. Magical and unforgettable
The bedrooms don’t feel very luxurious but the service and housekeeping is wonderful.

A beautiful hotel with truly exceptional staff. The attention to detail in both the decoration and facilities is mind blowing. Then you have the location, which is completely unique. If you're thinking about staying here, don't hesitate.
The superior and deluxe rooms, although beautifully decorated, are quite small for the price point. If you can afford a suite, it would be worth the relatively small extra cost for a bigger room.

No jantar do rest Ype, uma funcionaria de cabelo curto não atendeu bem, nos ignorou em um momento no jantar de sabado e nos deixou bem sem graça. Íamos pedir sobremesa e ali decidimos pedir a conta. Achamos bem desagradável, era como se não estivéssemos ali e fôssemos atendidos por obrigação. Mas como foi a única nesses 3 dias, uma pena ter acontecido.

Everything was perfect! Service is top, all the staff is friendly and efficient. The rooms are very comfortable and super clean. All the details are great. The pool area is very nice and relaxing. I loved the bicicleta available all the time to explore around. The fact that you have access to the Cataratas all day is the best!

It is absolutely exceptional and wonderful experience which costs its money for 100%. We had a room with waterfalls view and moreover we woke up at 5.30 am to gain from the privilege of access to see the waterfalls in sunrise and sunset hours. It is absolutely amazing and impressing! My wife is a sportsman and she has a special diet, the personnel remember her choice and cooked for her without additional reminder, we were positively shocked and deeply appreciate such approach. Client-friendly atmosphere in every particular detail, 24 hours a day!

Lage könnte nicht besser sein, traumhaft. Hotel ist - mit Bau-Unterbrechung durch Krieg - 80 Jahr alt, aber mit Flair und etwas morbiden Charme. Personal durchwegs sehr hilfsbereit und kreativ. Wer möchte kann rundum seine Wünsche erfüllt bekommen.

Bounteous breakfast with many choices including omelets to order and poached eggs to order. Excellent coffee. Wonderful location within the Iguazú National Park on the Brazil side of the falls. Restaurant with terrace makes for a delicious dinner under the stars. Spacious junior suite with beautiful walk-in closet. The grounds are a great place for a stroll. The staff are well trained and ready to please.
Need for shuttle bus from gate to hotel was a little inconvenient. There is almost nothing not to like.

Beste Lage direkt an den Wasserfällen. Morgens und abends nach Schließung hatten die Gäste die Wasserfälle für sich. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Zimmer, sehr gutes Essen am Buffet, wunderbares Schwimmbad. Nobles Ambiente und hilfsbereites und nettes Personal.
Die ständig kreisenden Touristen-Hubschrauber waren sehr störend und sind im Zuge des Klimawandels nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

The staff are all so nice and make us feel we are back home. The moment we are in the hotel, they sent us the welcome drink, gave us the tour of the hotel facilities and the room. They welcomed us with sweet treats and letter and when we left they sent us souvenirs with the water from the fall. The concierge gave us advice on the tour. The transportation to the next hotel in Argentina is super convenient too. The restaurant offers yummy dishes. The location is fantastic. We can walk along the falls even when the park is closed to the public since the hotel is within the park. Everything is perfect!

The staff is so nice, friendly and helpfull. We really , really loved!!! It was a great experience and for sure I would go back. The location is out of this world. I truly recommend this hotel if you wanna have a unique experience .
