WE had 9 people the whole time and it was never crowdedThe dock is just a slice of heaven. The boys were fishing all day and catching all kinds of different fish. I have stayed here many times and it just keeps getting better.

Wonderful feeling of seclusion on very busy island. Loved the dock and dolphin visits at low tide. We rented kayaks and paddle boards and were thrilled with dolphins. The kids had fun catching crabs off the dock and renting surf boards and trying them out in the ocean. Pool table also was a hit. Thanks for the magical vacation!

This is a fabulous property! Located on the Marsh side of Folly, the house is beautiful and immaculately clean. The kitchen is very nice and well equipped. The Dock is great, rent a Kayak or bring your own boat. Dolphins play right off the dock, great for an evening cocktail. Only one negative, there is a beautiful Live Oak overhanging the house, but it drops acorns on the master bedroom. Bring some earplugs for whoever is in that room.

Dianne is wonderful to work with! Very attentative and professional. Quick to reply to my questions and went above and beyond to make things nice and easy. Location and views are the best on folly.

This home was exceptional. We’ve stayed at lots of different places on Folly and this one was everyone’s favorite so far. Deep creek access paired with easy walk to the beach is unmatched. Plenty of space for our party of 8. We also enjoyed the eclectic art and old style furniture. The mattresses were quality and the kitchen fully stocked. I don’t think you could ask for more from a vacation home. We hope to return again next year.

Folly Beach is great location for get together. Everyone loved the house on river and close proximity to ocean. House had everything we needed for wonderful stay.

This place is an excellent choice if you like an artistic atmosphere near the beach. This place is so peaceful and the views of the inland water ways is off the chart. I may need to go back with a fishing pole !! It was a beautiful setting to relax and enjoy Folly Beach and Charleston.. Would highly recommend to any family !!

Our entire group of 10 loved this river house and it’s dock with awesome sunset views. House was perfect and only a block or so from the beach. We are already planning our next trip to this wonderful house.

We have stayed at several beach homes and this by far was our favorite. The dock was our favorite. Walks to the beach are very easy. The house had everything we needed plus more. We will be back!

We had a great visit to Folly. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. Having a dock was really fun. The house was perfect for our needs. We would definitely recommend.

This house was perfect for our family! The property managers were so easy to work with; friendly and responsive to the few questions we had as we prepared for our stay. The property is beautiful and the location is great. The house was comfortable and easily accommodated our 3 adult children and their significant others. We will definitely come back!

We were very happy with this house, it was a great vacation home. It had everything we needed, the kitchen is stocked and very clean and organized. And we all loved the game room, everyone really had a great time. The layout was perfect . And what a view ❤️❤️ It was great having the dock. The only thing I would of liked the yard to have been cleaner my puppy didn’t have a good place to play. But I definitely recommend this house for your next vacation

Our family spent Thanksgiving here and had the best time!! The home is perfectly equipped with everything you need (including a well stocked kitchen!). Comfy beds, incredible views, and plenty of seating for our large family. Great access for fishing & fantastic dock that we enjoyed, even with the King Tide! Thank you for the wonderful stay, we will be back!

Perfect house for large group of people. Dock with deep water to tie up your boat. Fishing and crabbing right from dock. Only 2 block walk to beach. Highly recommend.

The dock on the river is great! It is a long walk to the dock and no rails on the walkway to the dock, but is fabulous when arrive. Not safe for little kids tho, so keep this in mind. Good seating at dock and the fridge is nice out there. Captain Mike can pick you up there fr boating experience to Morris island. The house is comfortable, but if you have small children/ toddler/baby and have someone sleeping in loft, make sure they are early risers. There are 3 bedrooms and the loft. The master bedroom and bath are huge, which is nice, but the other bedrooms are very small. The other full bath is also very small, and the half bath should be called a quarter bath, is also tiny. We have been to this house twice, and greatly enjoy our stay, but others who haven’t used this home may want to be aware of the bedroom and house arrangement. We have thought the huge master should rearrange to make another large bathroom,,, or floor further over the loft area and have a bath upstairs. The kitchen is great, the ping pong rec room was used a lot. Front porch area is nice. Mike and Diane very helpful if needed. We stayed at a realtor managed home last year, oceanfront, and there were issues every day, and response time was terrible. We rented 2 golf carts for the week, which worked out well for our group of 7 adults and 1 toddler. This is a well managed and maintained Folly property!

The property was at a great location and had a great view. It was well equipped with all the necessities and the open floor plan made it a perfect home for multiple people. The private dock was a wonderful peaceful extra place to sit and read and to launch kayaks. I would recommend without reservation.

The perfect spot. Dock for the boat and fishing. Very close to ocean beach. Well appointed kitchen for cooking. Feels like home.

River retreat was the perfect place for our group of 6 adults! It was the best of both of both worlds. River on one side and the beach on the other. spent mornings at the beach and afternoons on the dock, where seeing the dolphins never failed to delight! the dock quickly became one of our favorite places to hang out for afternoon cocktails and reading. The breeze made it easy. The dock is long and a handrail might be important if you have little children, The kitchen was well equipped and we made a number of meals. Thanks for a great vacation. We would definitely go back!
