No extractor fan in bathroom 605 so mirror constantly steamed up when having bath or shower

Staff da receção muito simpático. Pequeno-almoço top, mas podiam ter mais contacto com o cliente. A minha estadia foi ótima e eu e a minha família adorámos tudo!

Mattress toppers smelt really bad, bed very short for tall people. Not enough room at breakfast time. Booking site was filtered by parking included but was extra and expensive for two days even with ticket validation.

Room was comfortable

Our room appeared to be directly above the restaurant and there was a lot of noise until approx 2:30am with what appeared to be people moving furniture around. If it wasn't that that was making the noise then it was the swivel entrance door which also appeared to be underneath our room. The hotel was also advertising a late night pizza service so when we came back from a concert we ordered 2 pizzas only to be told the kitchen was closed. Just wasn't good enough at all.

location was nice

the room wasn’t very clean. there was a delay at check in by 1 hour. there was no wifi available, which was less than ideal when travelling, as we rely on our hotel as a hub for using internet to book excursions, taxis/Ubers, downloading maps, etc. in addition the lack of wifi inhibited us from paying bills at home and working on financials for work purposes. lastly, the website mentioned having air conditioning. there was no air conditioning in the room. when we tried cracking the balcony door open to let some airflow in, other people were smoking on their balconies which greatly affected the air quality entering the room. not ideal with an infant in the room. this was all very disappointing considering we’ve spent 760euros (over $1000CAD) for 2 nights stay….

Close to everything. Lots of great restaurants/pubs nearby. Jamison’s tour is less than a block away.

Everything, no problems, excelent staff, good and complete breakfast.

the restaurant bar, didn’t have our drink and no service at 2.15 to eat, had to take my 89 year old mum down the road to a bar which was very load
