The room was very basic, and my door would not close (room 101). Also, the air conditioning didn't work, which made sleeping impossible.

Dear CEO of IBIS, a question for you. When you lay down on your bed at night do you choose to have one pillow the size and consistency of a tea bag? If not then why expect your customers to do so. Your hotels are clean and comfortable but we pay a decent amount of our hard earned money to stay in them so is it really too much of a strain on the profit margin to supply at least one (preferably two) decent comfortable pillows

The shower setup was not very good,no adjustment on the shower head and resulted in water on the bedroom floor.

the laundry lorry arriving at between 5,am & 6,am, was noisy

The breakfast was quite disappointing. Very few options. I feel there could have been some cheese and meats to compliment the bread that was available.

Early check-in was straight forward, staff were very helpful. Room was exactly as described and comfortable for what we paid. Free bus into Bergerac centre was really useful.
