Only given 1 key to the door Despite asking several times for another key. It made it difficult to access the apartment

location was excellent, pool area was clean and more than enough lounges. lounge dining kitchen outstanding for space and views.

The unit needs some maintenance on small issues, there was a pool of water in the laundry when we arrived, door handles didnt work or fell off, a dining room chair was broken and unsafe. Needs a lick of paint to freshen up and 3ply toilet paper please. Also more blankets are needed.

We booked well in advance and were very excited about checking in here to kick off our 3 week QLD Holiday. The apartment we were allocated was asvertised as two bedrooms, suitable for family of 4. Apartment number 2 was old, filthy carpet, decrepit couch amongst other things. The bedding comprised of a small double bed and a portable bunk. I was so disappointed I cried! I made a complaint to Booking.com and after one conversation with the manager they told us there was nothing they could do. My husband and I approached the manager who was not supportive at all saying things like "my hands are tied" & "the dirty apartment is just an oversight". He also admitted that he wouldn't stay in that apartment and nearly every other guest who has checked in there has complained. No refund, no upgrade was offered. After a robust discussion we asked if there were other apartments we could move to and we'd pay extra. Thankfully we moved to Apt 13 which was lovely. If you book here make sure you request photos of the actual apartment you'll be staying in. This manager was the most unhospitable hospitality worker I've ever met!

air cond did not work. carpet was filthy, windows broken, bins stunk, balcony doors do not slide need wheels replaced. cupboard doors do not stay closed. blankets stunk beds comfy but pillows were poor quality would have expected better standard for amount we paid

No quilt on bed? TV reception poor. Couldn't connect to speaker.

I got bitten by bed bugs while staying there place needs to be fumigated and the place wasnt very clean like someone hadnt stayed there in a while was very dusty. Was not overly Happy with my stay there didn't enjoy it. The hot water in the showers was also luke warm not hot at all

Apartment was NOT CLEANED dirty dishes in the cupboard fridge was dirty from previous guests broken doors to balcony stove top broken dirty bathroom (toilet was NOT cleaned before my arrival) kitchen tap was leaky bugs in the dishwasher tv audio kept cutting out

Broken curtain on arrival so looks like nothing gets fixed before the next lot comes in. We didn’t close curtains at night as we didn’t want to make it worse. broken drawers and broken fan and light remote. No switches to turn on lights in two rooms. Not sure how often the cleaners go around but the fridge had mould in it, it was DIGUSTING we had to clean the fridge before we put our food in there, we find a used blue mask on the couch when we entered in the room and that is not on and gross, and the smell from the cupboards in the kitchen was not pleasant every time we open them up. I have taken photos when we entered the property and photos when we left. The photos I took before we left compare to the photos I took when we entered the property it’s like we have made the property look much more cleaner than what it looked like when we came in on the first day.

Manager did his best to sort out a unpleasant situation.Location good for what we needed.

Disaster 3 bedroom apartment not cleaned after previous guests, dirty towels,dirty unmade beds, dirty water still in bathtub, no toilet paper or new starter pack the list goes on. Our parking spot number didnt seem to exist, ended up in 2 2 bedroom apartments on different floors. Totally exhuasted splitting up food between family members, elderly dad, young granddaughter, husband with health problems not good enough.$600 wasted.

most important do not trust the fake pictures they belong to one of units which is renovated you never get that unit with this price !!!! mis advertised. No Hair dryer No Bath towels !!!!! toilet paper one roll for one week!! Left over butter Expired milk in the fridge on arrival! Rotten fruits was left in cabinet ! Broken dishes in the kitchen Pot with no leads No extra pillows or sheets Old blankets Light with remotes but remote wasn’t working no battery Leaking shower head in the bathroom one week I was waiting and never got fixed.
