Great location with parking nearby for free. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even calling a few restaurants to make reservations for us (mandatory in the off season). The room was nice with shelves and places to hang your clothes.

TL;DR: Get breakfast elsewhere. The breakfast situation was kind of ridiculous. Breakfast was €8 no matter what you got and you had to enter your order online the night before, but the system is glitchy. You have to put in how many slices of ham or how many slices of cheese you want. After putting in my order for food items, I ended up with only an €8 cappuccino and no food. It's really awkward then to have to ask for some food and they ask you how many slices of everything you want. The bathrooms are pretty confined as well, with a big open window right there in front of the toilet/shower.

easy walk from parking lot and front desk staff were very accommodating to our needs. We needed wine glasses and a corkscrew and there were no problems. Excellent location for late night dinner!

A few exterior lights on the terrace at night would have been nice.

The location was excellent

They charged me twice for breakfast, and after I'd left and checked my booking I realised. When I called they asked me to send an email to refund me, to which I received no refund or response. After emailing them again, they finally refunded me but I got the feeling they wouldn't have refunded me without me insisting.

Perfect location with amazing staff. The bed was a little uncomfortable and toilet could be more clean. Apart from that great stay for the price!

Just a few meters form the piazza grande, the staff were really nice and it was great to spend 8 hours for a sleep.

Value for money could be expensive considering the property the facilities are old and not the best.

Tiny bathroom and small hard beds

Nice big, clean, and spacious rooms. Comfortable bed and quiet at night. There's no AC, but it was nice and cool in early September. Perfect location and the parking was super easy and close. I'd stay here again!

The bathroom was very small. Not an issue for us, but for an extended stay or bigger people, it could pose an issue. The breakfast was a bit pricey, so we chose to just go to the bar in the piazza.

The location was good near several good restaurants and wine bars. Nearby parking was also nice.

We had some difficulty with the air conditioner and the beds weren’t the most comfortable but within Italian standards.
