員工服務態度不好，冷漠。
地點不好，要搭公車才會到
而且回程的時候公車站在那個橋上面，還要拉行李上去都快瘋了！

La gentillesse de l'accueil. Le petit déjeuner, la literie.
Lavabo bouché, télécommande TV non connecté au téléviseur donc TV bloquée sur une chaîne. L'absence de restaurant alors qu'il faisait partie des prestations quand nous avons réservé. L'absence de communication sur ce changement alors que sur le site Web nous avons consulté les menus la veille. L'obligation d'aller dîner à pied au lieu de dîner sur place. Si besoin j'ai des photos, des échanges de mails pour prouver mes propos.
Nous avons eu à faire à des collaboratrices bienveillantes, par contre absence de responsables.
Environnement : bord de route, de voie ferrée.

Not 4 ☆ but maby 2 ☆ no guest card so had to pay for buses no pool any more no tv remote breakfast was limited and room had limited toilet paper

Warm rooms and comfortable beds. Continental breakfast was good too.
No hot water throughout the trip… cold showers for the first two days before they offered a room to shower in that had hot water. Unhelpful to be told “oh yes, in your building the man should be back next week to fix it” the week after our stay. Not good at all for a family of four!

It was clean, conveniently near a bus stop to go to Chamonix Centre and had a little outside terrasse you could have a drink at. The breakfast buffet (€15 p/person) had a wonderful selection of options. The staff was very nice and it was hidden amongst the trees and near a river you could walk by.
Everything was great; but maybe bring additional toiletries like shampoo and conditioner :)
There are towels, body wash, hairdryer, hangers provided already!

The hotel is located in a very scenic spot, basically in a forest.
Big free private parking is a big plus.
At the reception I received a ticket I used in the bus to the city center and back to the hotel so I din't have to pay for the ride.
Also it's nice that the room has a balcony.
The bar closes quite early, so if you want some hot beverage like tee or coffee you will have to go somewhere else.
It'd be nice to have an electric kettle in the room. It'd solve the problem for me.

Location was great for us, as we had our dog with us and there was a very nice walking area around the accommodation. It's a 20 minutes walk to the Chamonix centre, but it's a pleasant one.

The facilities listed were not present, the bar and restaurant were not open, the front of house staff member was extremely rude and not helpful.
the property was a nice walk in to Chamonix but not ski in and out and not good for anyone wanting to ski and get the bus!

The bar is open in the day time and privides hot and cold drinks and snacks. Bar men very friendly.
1. Neither hot water after the closing of the bar nor kettle in the room and the reception had no solution at all.
2. The restaurant is closed and not much options for alternative options nearby.

Pretty location but next to a busy road
It was not clear how to walk to the nearest restaurant when the hotel restaurant was closed, (for no apparent reason). If you don't have a car it's a tricky location at night.

it was suitable for 2, with a beautiful balcony. was quiet
the walk from Les Praz or Chamonix to the property has no lighting. we had to use the torchlight on our phones to see and it didn’t feel particularly safe

The facility was nice, with lots of wood all over the walls and ceiling. It made it more warm and cozy. I could easily get to my room. The cleaning lady came every day asking if she should clean or what I wanted to have cleaned.
There was no free powerplugs in the room.
