Staff,cleaning and breakfast

The location is bad. I paid 30 Euros for go city center 4 times. ıt takes 5 km for city center.Also there is not private beach at hotel

Location is very close to center and very easy to find. We love the rooms. It was very clean. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was good. For the kids, the pool was perfect option. Safeguard also was very helpful and careful.

Spacious room. Good location.

The lock of the door to the veranda was broken.. Breakfast was served indoors.

Very fine breakfast. Luxurious setting of the well designed hotel around a very nice pool and sunbathing area.

When you advertise beautiful pool facilities it is strange that for unknown reasons you are not allowed to swim!

When a taxi was called - prices quoted by the hotel were not the same as the taxi charged - an agreed rate into the town or to the airport should be agreed in advance- this would be helpful. taxi driver went wrong way and charged more.

The staffs were very nice, and professional. Quite accomodating.

Being on the main road very noisy traffic Staff in Reception very defensive when asked questions. pool and area wasn’t ready for guests no teas and coffee in room

Once I figure out how the shower worked it was fantastic. Steam and different water sources. But it took me a while to get it working. It would be nice to have a small manual.

Breakfast starts to late for a hotel near the airport. 7:30. They gave us a very poor breakfast bag to go. There was just a sheet for covering. It got cold! The pictures are deceiving.

I liked the pool and the pool bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Sure I will come again.

Breakfast was nice, the staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel is located at walking distance from the airport and the centre of Mytilini, the room was quiet and the bed was soft, the scenery next to the swimming pool is gorgeous

We were not allowed to use the pool before 12:00 lunchtime, so we needed to find the sun and a way to cool down away from the hotel. That only left us the afternoons at the hotel, which was a bit disappointing

Food was not great but it's ok but they gave us 20 per cent discount...everything else was very good..they also upgraded the room for us for free nice sea view room

The pool, the pool bar, the staff, the proximity to the sea, the room airconditioning, the coffees, the service.

Smaller variety but better food by the pool. Better selection of whiskies and sparkling wine. No beach. More variety of greek food at the breakfast buffet. The bathroom was outdated.

Good location.

The breakfast was unacceptable ! All the "warm dishes" was cold !!! including all kinds of eggs !! They had only one kind of milk , full fat milk. No delact or almond or coconut milk !!! They didn't cleaned the room and we had to ask more than once to do it.

The Staff is very friendly and the location and the view are very good

The WiFi is very week inside the room.
