Very nice hotel in Konak, Izmir. Not so far from public transport. Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good with a lot of choices. Would recomend this hotel for staying in Izmir.

The location was good.

The breakfast was low quality. The room was also dated. Too expensive for what it was.

The staff was warm, polite, and always eager to assist with helpful information. Its convenient location made exploring nearby cities a breeze with accessible transportation options. Surprisingly for a three-star hotel, the breakfast was of high quality and offered a wide variety of options. Daily housekeeping and reasonably priced laundry service added to the comfort and convenience of the stay. Highly recommended for a delightful and hassle-free visit.

I encountered a minor drawback. For one night, the AC in my room didn't work properly, making it challenging to sleep comfortably. However, I understand that these issues can arise due to the location of air handling units, and it resolved itself after a few hours. The staff was not informed about the matter, as it quickly rectified itself, and for the rest of my stay, the AC worked perfectly fine.

The staff was really nice and the location is fabulous. Clean and very comfortable. Not easy to park your car but the staff is able to help. Very nice stay!

Excellent hotel. Spacious, clean, and built brand new. The staff at check-in was extremely helpful and guided us on numerous occasions.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcomed throughout my entire stay. The room I stayed in was fantastic. It was spacious, well-designed and cozy. The bed was incredible comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job maintaining it throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the outstanding breakfast offered at the hotel. The variety and quality of the food were great. There was a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables and delicious omelettes. Every staff member was polite and professional. The hotel's location was also a major advantage. It was conveniently situated near a central area, making it easy for me to explore the city's attractions. I appreciated being within walking distance of popular landmarks, restaurants, and shops.

The rooms are spacious and very well equipped. The breakfast is excellent for a three star hotel. They have fresh products and a good variety. The staff was very attentive.

Modern hotel with all the normal amenities. Many restaurants nearby and convenient to Kordon. Netflix on TV a nice bonus. Breakfast was a large buffet with many choices.

Room was a little small.

The hotel is wonderfully central and yet our room was quiet and peaceful. The decor is modern, the hotel is very clean, and the staff were very nice (especially the receptionist who checked us in - he spoke outstanding English), with the exception of the sulky looking breakfast waiter who found it impossible to crack even a small smile. The price is amazingly good value, and we'd highly recommend staying here - but only if you like really SOFT beds. If anything, we found the bed too soft, and would book a twin room next time as the double bed was so soft we kept rolling into the middle and crashing into each other. Firmer mattresses would be a great option. :-)

The rooms are poorly insulated. You can hear everything that happens in the surrounding rooms.

The staff were friendly and accommodating since our arrival. Special thanks to the kitchen personnel who packed our lunch on our early tours and to Mr Ersun the receptionist who helped us with the location and transport booking. Open buffet breakfast was great!

The position of the hotel is very convenient, Close to the main atraction. Hotels looks much better in reallity than in the pictures! The breakfast was really good, almost the same every morning but having variety is not a problem.

The room is kind of small. The matress really needs to be replaced, is over used.

The stuff is more then helpfull, the room was very clean.

The room was small and had a lingering smell it had been smoked in before. The price / quality ratio wasn't there for me.
