Great location, walking distance from the main tourist area in District 1, lots of bars and restaurants around but quiet and feels safe at night. The breakfast area was really lovely decorated and we enjoyed the choice of breakfast available. 24 hour check-in helpful with delayed flights. The staff are really helpful and kind.

The property is quite run down and tired, the plug didn’t work, the shower was leaking, the bathroom door didn’t close, etc… but for a budget hotel we didn’t mind. On our second night we got into bed and there were several bugs scuttling around the headboard, on the mattress and across the bedside table. We rang reception and they offered bug spray, which we were shocked at and asked to change rooms which was made possible. We were moved to a twin room with no window, which isn’t what we paid for but we accepted. There was no mention again for the rest of the stay which was disappointing.

Room was quiet comfortable and at prime location. walkable distance to Saigon Centre, Benh Thanh market, Chill Sky bar and food streets. Their Breakfast was also good and tasty.

The A/c was not that cooling. becoz of lack of communication clarity we had to checkout 3 hrs before our train time and wait at the station that long.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and we had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Would happily recommend to friends and family. The breakfast was great, even for us vegetarians (a mix of Asian and Western style breakfast). It is very well-located, close to the Ben Thanh market and nearby attractions. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Good value for money.

I was there for four days and it was indeed a good experience. The location is amazing and in the heart of the city. From Bon Ami Hotel you will actually get everything nearbuy. From spa, restaurants, coffee shop to Ben Thann Market, one of the most visited tourist spots in Hi Chi Minh, everything is like walking distance from hotel. Also, the staffs are amazing there, they are helpful as well. Everytime we enter the hotel, they greeted us! This is a must recommended hotel.

The room, clean and comfortable. The breakfast, the food is really fresh and delicious! The staff, professional and kind The position, really close to everything.

The staff were very nice. the location was good.

One room was not ready until one hour after check in time, one other room the fridge was not plugged in, when we went to plug it in the power point did not work and the room was not clean. I received a wake up call at 2.30 am, they had called the wrong room which did not make me happy. The breakfast was not very good at all.

The locality was great, near Banh Tanh Market and my favourite eating places and spa. Some of the hotel staff was very helpful, cheerful, and friendly.

The reception staff were helpful but need to be a bit more friendlier. They were polite and friendly, but they really needed to put themselves out there so that people could feel more connected. They should live up to the name of their hotel.

Location and cleaness

I was given room on 11th floor where there is no lift. But uncomfortable to take luggage in staircase

We stayed at 9th floor. There were loud noises from 10th floor. Water flushing and some other noises which can clearly hear inside our room which a bit hard to get a sound and good sleep.

Great selection of buffet breakfast for asians. they have a smart tv but can only use youtube. the security guard of this hotel is really nice. he always help with my needs.

the property replied to my query for an early booking. upon arriving, they told me to wait until 2pm. they gave me a cigar smelling room. i asked to be transferred to another room because i will be staying for 2 days and i have an asthma. they said they are fully-booked and provided me a humidifier, but they took it the next day because another room has the same issue. the smell of cigar came back again after they took the humidifier from my room and they did not return it. they came to my room and use a room spray but it doesnt remove the cigar smell and made me sick for a week after staying at their hotel. also, the tv's not working properly, i waited for an hour for it to be fixed. pillow and sheets has minimal stains and made me doubt if they really replaced it. the receptionist who's always wearing a black uniform seems not welcoming and attentive to customer's needs. i do hope they can improve all of these.

To far from downtown, room was ok, food was good in the restaurant, liked the breakfast omelette

Location

The room was spacious. The bathroom was nice and clean. All the major attractions are easily accessible. They did provide a wonderful breakfast with a wide variety of foods.

The only negative in my perspective was constant noise, especially with my room close to the elevator.
