The lovely gardens and the location The staff were very helpful and willing to help with any problems . Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.Pool was also lovely to cool off in the heat. Nice to have balcony for a private space

No hairdryer in room but could be borrowed from reception and safe also only available at reception . WiFi was difficult to access but good from reception area

location was perfect, not far away from center of Ubud and monkey forest, supermarket was closed by, everyday cleaning and towel was changed, stuff was friendly and always ready to help, balcony was big and usefull, there was rail for wet clothes

furniture was old and used, canopy with holes and dusty, no safe in the room, no tv

We loved the location in proximity to the yoga barn! there was a little short cut so it only took a couple of minutes to walk to the yoga barn. There was also plenty restaurants, cafes etc around the area, although not in the ‘main’ part of Ubud (which you could still walk too). The staff were lovely and came in and made our beds and gave us fresh towels everyday. The aircon was also really good!

The pillows were quite hard and uncomfortable. The room probably needs a bit of a face lift, as it’s looking a little dated, but overall everything was great.

So kind, effective and pleasant staff. Perfect location and surprisingly peaceful.
