Sehr schönes, sauberes, modernes Zimmer/Hotel. Bad mit toller Aufteilung und ausreichend Abstellmöglichkeiten. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Spa Bereich ist modern gestaltet. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Mir hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Ich komme gerne wieder! 🤗 Die Parkplätze der Tiefgarage sind sehr eng, aber das ist in vielen Hotels so und daher kein Minuspunkt.

The room cleaning was a bit below expectations.

We loved the kind gesture of the hotel manager, she recevied us with a hand written card, wine and chocolate cakes in the room (very elegant and an example of hospitality to her team). We loved the room ammenities, space, view and tranquility. Very convenient parking, great breakfast, very good bar and restaurants. Gesa was wonderful, working everywhere, and always hospitable.

Perhaps, bar tender and a gentleman in room service delivery should be as hospitable as the bar waiters (true gentlemen), however this is a humble observation.

The hotel is located in the center of the town between sea shore and forest.

The hospitality was amazing! Visiting from the US and as soon as we walked in, there was friendly staff and complimentary beverages (for kids too!) upon check-in. When we got to our room there was a cot for our toddler set up with a sand bucket and toys for the beach. Super thoughtful! Great location, right across from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, bike rentals, shopping, etc. The breakfast buffet, wow! Provides a great variety of options and the food was fresh and amazing. There is a parking garage right below the hotel so convenient as well. We will definitely be planning a trip back to stay!

Fortunately my spouse is from Germany and can speak the language, however there were times it was difficult for me to communicate with the staff. Might be helpful to have written options such as menus or signs in English to help bridge any communication gaps. But again the staff again was amazing!

I liked the location and I liked the spa area.

For the price ... its pretty old fashioned and the internial design is very much not appealing
