הצוות מדהים, יחס אישי ונעים, האוכל ברמה! נהנינו מאוד ואין ספק שזו תיהיה הבחירה שלנו שוב בחופשה הבאה!

הצוות במלון היה אדיב ומקסים, יחס אישי ושירות מעולה. קיבלנו את החדר כבר בשעה 9.30 בבוקר לאחר שיחה טלפונית שמחכים לנו במלון והחדר מוכן. האוכל היה טעים ומגוון ואף הוסיפו לנו ארוחת צהרים כלולה על חשבון המלון. אין ספק שאחזור שוב למלון מיקום המלון מעולה

First off, the pleasant manner and smiling staff asking after my comfort. The hotel is roomy, both the public areas and the guest rooms. The hotel is geared for families, however the room was quite amenable to working with a laptop, with shallow desk, electrical outlet, good wifi, and little background noise despite being in the heart of a shopping area,

the health club and pool open late in the morning, I am used to working out before the days work, usually around 6. this seems to be a problem with most hotels in Eilat. Most hotels in Europe enable use of these amenities at the users sole risk. An Executive lounge was missing, though understandable based on the targeted customer base. enabled my fulfilling work and pleasure goals in reasonable comfort

שירות מדהים ,מיקום מצויין ,נקי ומסודר!!

The staff was very accomodating and extremely helpful. Especialy Kiril from the reception, who was so helpful in any and every way from start to finish. Any request we had was responded to in a very proffesional manner within minutes. The hotel staff makes rounds at night to change towels and offer water and ask if you have anything you need. We willl definitely come back.
