Location was good for the gyms etc that we wanted to attend.

We were checked in to the wrong room. Upon advising the staff of this we were told that our room had been booked out and we had to take the room we were given. This forced one of us to sleep on the floor as the room only had one bed. We were also charged a cash deposit upon checking in. The hotel does not allow you to simply put your card on the system as a deposit. We were hounded by staff to pay an additional 900THB for the airport transfer of which was advertised as complimentary. After a few days of refusing to pay they advised us that they checked with their boss, and we were correct. We had several tradespersons through our room during our stay to drill holes in the walls. This was extremely inconvenient.

AC was very loud, I had to turn it off a night it was so loud. electricity and water went out a couple of times over my stay due to work being done but I wasn’t told in advance about it.

Not too pricey, great location, clean and spacious rooms and a really nice pool area. Staff was super friendly and arranged laundry service for me.

no food/drinks on the property for room service. Not even water/coke. Mattress a bit too hard. No tissues/tissue box in the room. the bathroom is a bit dated/tight to navigate. hard to open the shower door outwards as the toilet blocks it. so getting into the shower while the shower door is also open inwards is hard. Walking areas are full of steps, up and down, up and down. So be ready for lots of steps when getting from your room to the street and vise versa. No seating chairs in the balcony,

Everything! the place exceeded our expectations. For the price, it was much more than we could have expected. Especially after a horrible experience we had with a resort in Phi Phi islands.

Beds were very hard unfortunately

We spent three nights at the Burasari Island Escape and the stay exceeded all our expectations. The resort is completely new (we were there during soft opening phase) and insanely beautiful. We had a villa overlooking the sea and with our private pool which was amazing. But the most special thing about our stay was for sure the friendliness of the staff, all of who were incredibly attentive and the level of service couldn’t be surpassed. They really want you to have the best stay you can possibly have and surprised us every day with new things. The food is delicious too, we haven’t eaten better in Thailand or possibly ever! I can only recommend this place and we are already planning our next trip! Thanks so much to the whole Burasari team, it was a very special holiday for us which we will never forget <3
