We spent Thanksgiving with our adult children home from college and it was a great experience. Home is very spacious, pool and patio were clean and relaxing. The interior and exterior architecture were gorgeous. Highly recommend!

This is the second time we have stayed at this location. Very quiet and picturesque!!! We love hanging out at the pool during the day and going to the roof lookout in the evening. Such a great place we really enjoy this location.

Just a beautiful place in a great neighborhood. The house was immaculate and spacial. The pool was very clean although didn’t use it as was not heated. Enjoyed the rooftop seating area with a glass of wine to see the 360 degree views and gorgeous sunset.

This home is was for us in the most convenient location to our venues. It is affordable and comes with everything you you’ll need including a heated pool, observation deck to catch beautiful sunsets and lots more… Excellent manager, Tim. Very responsive as needed. Overall, best home we ever rented by VRBO.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. Plenty of room for our family as we visited relatives nearby for a special occasion. Gorgeous back yard and pool area. Great communication from the host as well as easy access to the property upon arrival.

We stayed for 5 nights. The house is awesome with plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen is well stocked. Rooftop is great for sunsets and star gazing. We had the pool heated due to the cool nights. Great location! We didn’t travel more than 20 minutes for shopping, dining and hiking. Any questions were answered quickly. Everyone had a great time!

The house was used for a buddies trip and did not disappoint on any level. Booking was easy and the place was as described. Communication with property manager was fantastic.

Plenty of room to spread out and a wonderful pool / patio area to decompress… it made for a amazing base camp for our various desert adventures. Tim was a responsive owner and made sure we were greeted upon our arrival by a concierge who provided a lay of the land. Highly recommended… we hope to be back soon!

Great property - as pictured and described. Manager provided swift and useful entry and walk thorough. We loved the pool, the decks, the lighting, the walking neighborhood, and location. Enjoyed the night lights and sky from the roof top. Kitchen was upscale and easy to navigate with basic and some not so basic supplies! Highly recommend!

There was an issue with the pool heater when we arrived which was never fully resolved during our stay but was out of the control of the owner. The owner/manager kept in constant contact with us throughout. Aside from that the home was gorgeous, exactly as described, and we would definitely stay again!!

My husband and I stayed for nine days at this amazing property. It was very spacious and comfortable for our stay. We had everything we needed to cook and really only had to buy a few things for our meals. The kitchen was so well appointed, we even had coffee for our mornings. The home and yard are just beautiful. It was chilly, so we did not use the pool. We did sit outside and enjoy the pretty waterfall and stunning views during the day. I would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend for a family or group.

This house was perfect for our long-weekend reunion of 6 friends. Lots of places to hang out, including a fantastic rooftop deck that was wonderful for stargazing. The kitchen is well appointed and all beds were comfy. The host and the concierge staff were very accommodating.

The house was 45 minutes from the airport and 35 minutes from Fashion Square Mall, farther away from everything we wanted and a bit remote. Still, we could have made it work if other things had gone well. Our primary reason for booking a private home with a private pool was to use the pool, including at night. However, the pool lights were broken. So, while it was too hot during the day to use the pool, we also couldn’t enjoy it at night. When I mentioned to the concierge that it was disappointing that we couldn’t use the pool at night, she said “I hear you,” which wasn’t satisfying. Also, we were told by Liah not to use the waterfall for more than an hour because it would break the pool. One of the pool umbrellas was broken or had been stuck in a position that the Liah didn’t even try to fix. Next, the rooftop deck was a selling point for us, but it was too hot to use during the day (no umbrella) and has no lights at night. A owner should give us a partial refund. The ice maker in the fridge was broken and we needed to use ice cubes. Although we were told to remove perishables at checkout, there were lots of old condiments in the fridge when we arrived which were offered to us for our use. We declined. Liah didn’t know how to use the TVs, didn’t know how to lock the doors, and couldn’t tell us anything about the area that wasn’t written in the guest binder. When we told her that we’d really like to know how to actually lock the doors, she said there was no crime in the area. This response wasn’t comforting. We figured it out. Be careful with the slider because, although it is difficult to lock from inside, it locked easily when we went to the patio for coffee one morning and locked us out of the house (there’s a keypad on the side garage door they we used to get in). There’s more but space doesn’t permit. Overall, this house was greatly overpriced for what we were able to use, and our stay was disappointing.

From start to finish our stay was perfection. The property and the home are beautiful, well cared for, and comfortable. The environment is inviting and relaxing--from rooftop star viewing to days playing poolside. The bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is beautifully stocked, and there is plenty of entertainment on property. The concierge, Maureen, was available and helpful--absolutely wonderful. We were so happy that we booked our next stay at the property while we were still there! Exceptional!

We had a great time! We enjoyed the waterfall and pool. The great room upstairs by bedrooms 2&3 was great! Very quiet, my kids enjoyed all the games and DVDs provided. Rooftop was amazing. One thing we didn’t notice until our last day was the grocery discount cards on the welcome. table. Lol that would of been nice to have. Kitchen was fully stocked, bedrooms we’re comfortable! This was our 2nd trip to Arizona and we will definitely be back. This house was beautiful! Can’t wait to come back!

This home has lots of space for everyone, rooftop is great for watching sunsets and star gazing. The pool is a great size for family fun and sunbathing. So much room throughout this home. Will definitely stay here again.

From check in to check out this home gives you everything you want from a Scottsdale Oasis. Convenient to restaurants and hiking. The rooftop was the perfect spot to watch sunrises and sunsets as well as the recent eclipse. Can’t wait to return!

This was our fourth time at this home with another trip booked for this year. This home is the best VRBO that we have ever stayed at. The property sits on a large lot with alot of privacy, it truly feels like your own private resort with a wondferful pool. The neighborhood and the home are beautiful! We plan to return every year!
