Great location and amenities

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room was very clean, cool and comfortable, the breakfast had great variety. The gym was well equipped, the cafe in the lobby was nice, and the hotel was connected to a very big shopping mall with a good variety of shops and restaurants.

Die Lage war sehr gut, nur ein paar wenige U-Bahn Stationen zu alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Direkt neben dem Hotel gibt es eine große Mall, ein Restaurant mit westlichen Speißen und ein Starbucks Cafe aber auch in der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Hotelpersonal dass uns geholfen hat in letzter Minute doch noch Tickets für die verbotene Stadt und die große Mauer zu bekommen.
Alles war Bestens, es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. :-)

It’s a very beautiful hotel with amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Staff was doing my everything to help us and never fail :)
Breakfast is unbelievably good! There is everything you can think of. From fresh made omelets and pancakes to variety of Asian delicious soups. Desserts are great. There are a lot of fresh fruits. One of the best breakfast I’ve ever had at the hotels.
And one more thing - incredibly comfortable bed. We felt like we are sleeping in the clouds.

Very nice, friendly and always helpful staff, great location, close to a subway station. Also i loved those cute robots bringing me water to my room.

The location of the property is really great. We are vegetarians so it was good to see vegetarian options available at the breakfast. The staff is helpful and there were many who knew english.

The breakfast was nice. Lots of options and the coffee was great!
The bed was quite hard for a hotel. Staff did not come to clean my room until after 3pm when I finally rung them. The floors weren't very clean, as I found long strands of dark hair on the bottom of my slippers and my black pants picked up a lot of dirt when I walked across the carpet. The lighting in the room was not good at all. Some lights didn't work and the ones in the bathroom were so dim it was useless to do personal grooming.

Really nice room and great service. Extra thanks to Jadey at the reception that helped out with all the Covid needed documentation so I could have a very fast and smooth check-in.

My special requests were met graciously and quickly. The breakfast was also delicious and a wide variety of different foods.

The Breakfast was great, lots of food to choose from. Hotel rooms were spacious I felt.
When calling the restaurant to confirm the time of lunch service, they told me 11:30 till 2pm. Upon arriving they tell me that the restaurant is full with around 200 business people. Could they not have said this when I called the restaurant? I feel that I’d you cannot accommodate your residents first and foremost, this is not good service!

Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Nice and spacious Bathroom. Perfectly cleanand quiet rooms.
Good shopping and eating possibilities close by. Good location.
Although the breakfast was rich enough and looked very nice, all the food was tasteless.
