Friendly staff, direct access to metro and mall, direct metro line 14 to train station, swimming pools with one specifically for kids, great view in room, extra large bed that can easily fit a couple and two kids.

The staff speak English which is great. The room was really nice, especially the view!! The bath tub was a perfect size. There is a connecting door in the entrance which leads to the indigo mall. Breakfast was fantastic, the food was really nice!

Beautiful room with a great view of the city. Bathroom was modern and clean. Breakfast buffet was huge and very tasty. Great pool. Staff incredibly professional and helpful.

Someone was smoking on our floor, and we could smell it from our room, which was kinda gross. Also, the lights system in the room was unnecessarily complicated. Wish there were a simpler way to turn specific lights on/off instead of several lights at once.

We were staying in a studio, the room is amazing, specially the bath. And also big windows, like, the whole side of the room that goes outside - one big window. The breakfast was also nice, lots of choices. The staff was nice and helpful, everyone could speak English.

One thing 😬 next morning, we wanted to take a bath, but we couldn’t fill it up, the water just finished ☹️ We tried shower - also no hot water☹️

Great for a family of 3 stay-cation. Gorgeous room, comfortable bed, loved all the soaps and closet space. great breakfast. Nice to be connected to the mall and also within walking distance to 798. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful.

Our only view was overlooking a lot of construction, the gym was stifling hot, and there were a lot of rowdy kids running around at breakfast and in the play area.

The floor to ceiling windows of the room made it so light and enjoyable to stay in. Great Western and Eastern breakfast options. The staff were helpful and considerate and made our stay wonderful all around. Our room wasn't ready when we checked in so they upgraded us so we didn't have to continue waiting. The quiet executive lounge was lovely as well.

Staff were very friendly & helpful

The room was not as clean as I would expect - obvious long hairs on the floor & bedding when I arrived. The outlook of the room was VERY disappointing. I paid for a corner room which sells at a higher cost than other rooms, presumably because of the advantage it provides with views. Unfortunately, the room looked directly out onto a construction site where trucks were moving back and forth all night. I understand that you have no control over that aspect, but to charge normal room rates while that is the situation is disappointing.

I particularly loved the automatic blinds, we were able to have a decent lay-in on a sunny Sunday. The breakfast options were good and the staff very helpful. There is a nice 'work area' on the second floor, with its own cafe attached. Excellent for someone who is looking to do some office work while away from home.

Pet friend hotel

Amazing facilities very impressed with the individual changing rooms and pool facility. Massive room that was very impressive with separate bath and shower. It’s been my favourite hotel in Beijing so far!

We had a language barrier issue initially but the hotel more than made up for it with a free snack, complimentary room service and breakfast which I didn’t expect.
