The location is excellent and the room cleaning was great. The food was delicious in the ground floor cafe.

Some of the security staff were unfortunately unprofessional and need additional training. I was with my kids trying to check out the hotel facilities, like the barber shop and gym, when a security guard stopped us and asked us to wait while he checked with the receptionist if we could go in. That felt really unnecessary and made us feel unwelcome. Additionally, the security personnel responsible for opening the parking gates often act as if they don't see you when you need to park. Lastly, it seemed like my status as a Marriott Bonvoy member meant nothing to them, and they didn't even bother to add my points.

В каждом отеле Еревана прокурено.Мариотт в меньшей степени, но пахнет табаком в номере ощутимо.

They talk very rudely in the pool and restaurant. The cooling system was terrible. The electricity was cut off several times a day. Once the hotel's water was cut off for several hours. They don't have a plan for the number of large families. Everything is multiple times in the hotel. It's all a scam. We didn't feel good at all. We wasted our money.

Furniture is really old and wifi kept on dropping.

The location , the beuty salon , the room is big clean and comfortable , the staff .. the excutive food / drinks bar. The most thing i like having wash out shut off water in bathroom.
