Nice Place, good location and Pet Friendly!

A very nice little property which is well stocked and well taken care of. It’s also in a great location close to shops and beach. I had good communication from the hosts and definitely would return.

Everything was as described. We had an excellent stay. The location is a few blocks off the beach (about a half mile). A great diner and a great brewpub are within walking distance, about three blocks away. It's adjacent to an elementary school, and the neighborhood is peaceful, friendly, and safe with lots of dog-walkers, joggers, and gardeners. It's super quiet, yet with easy access to major thoroughfares, perfect if you have a car. The owner has put a lot of care and thoughtfulness into design. There is a superabundance of extra linens, and they are nice ones. There are even deluxe place mats for the table, if you want to use them. Quality cleaning supplies and other items are stored in the garage. These details reflect the owner's high standards. Because the sidewalk cannot be blocked, a long car (bumper to bumper) cannot be parked in the driveway for very long (or else you will be cited by the city). My Honda Accord fit with just inches to spare. If your car is too long, you can safely park in the street. There are two televisions (living room and one bedroom) with extended cable; there's a little laptop for your use; and the WiFi internet is superfast. There is also AC, which we did not need to use. But the majority of properties at the coast lack AC, so this is an important detail in the months when it might get hot.

Great little place! A bit of a walk to get to the beach but otherwise a good location. Very cute backyard area.

Very lovely beach cottage in very nice neighborhood, walking distance to beach. Owner has provided all amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Nicely landscaped yard. Nice yard space in the back with hot tub and patio area for eating. Is totally fenced which was very convenient for our dog. Would definitely stay at this property again.

We are so happy that we were able to stay at this home for a month. Clean, comfortable and well stocked, the home was a perfect retreat for us. There are two great outdoor patios and a hot tub in the back yard. We enjoyed the putting green and a great playlist from the stereo set up! It is in a quiet and peaceful Oceanside neighborhood, very walkable to beach, pier and downtown. Alexandra is a great host – sent us tons of information about the rental before we arrived, and was very attentive and prompt with answers to the few questions we had during our stay. A real gem!

Had an overall great experience! The house over all was clean! The owners were very friendly and responsive to any and all of our questions regarding the place.

The house was clean and comfortable and the location was walking distance to restaurants and the ocean.

Small, but well furnished and a fully enclosed yard for those with pets. A hot tub is also in the yard as well as a nice grill and patio furniture. Just a few blocks from the beach, and easy access to both Oceanside Drive and Coast Highway, the main streets in Oceanside. Try Hill Street Donuts on the Coast Highway near Vista for some good donuts, and Venetos Cucina for Lasagna Al Forno Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

We had a great time staying at the house for the whole month! It had everything we needed to work remotely during the days and enjoy a beach vacation in the afternoons. There was a huge supply of dishes, towels, rugs, and blankets to make our stay very comfortable. Even bathrobes to use after getting out of the hot tub! We also had our dog with us and I was glad that the back yard was completely enclosed and very secure.

I do not think that I can say enough good things about this lovely home. It was so well put together, plus it had everything needed for a pleasant stay: coffee, creamer, utensils, dishwasher, excess to the washer & drawer, working AC & Grill and the Hot Tub was just the icing on the cake! The yard was just lovely and the shower in the back was an added bonus were we were able to wash our dog- who did not want to leave (and neither did we!) The host was so responsive and the neighborhood was quite, safe and a wonderful place to walk the dog around. Thank you so much & we will definitely be back to this lovely beach home!

This home is very cozy and the front and back yards are gorgeous. The neighborhood is really quaint and neighbors are very friendly. Our dog loved the back yard area. My husband enjoyed the putting green in the front yard and used it quite a bit. The house is within walking distance to the beach to watch the sun set. We soaked in the jacuzzi each night and enjoyed time around the fire pit as well. Alexandra was super responsive if I had any questions. We would absolutely stay here again.

Property centrally located in Oceanside. Near so much by walking or driving. Wonderful small home in very nice neighborhood. Beautiful yard and putting green out front is a plus. Can't say enough about host. Alexandra was very responsive and caring. Her husband needed to come by to fix something. He was great. Vey warm and friendly. Would certainly rent again.

We loved our stay here. The house was great, including a great back yard and patio for us and our dog. The location was really good - only a few minute walk to the beach. The host was very responsive as well. Would definitely come back!

We loved this place. It fit our needs perfectly. Well stocked and very comfortable. The owner was very helpful with our questions and very understanding about a mishap we had. The surrounding houses/yards were beautiful and the ocean was a short walk. We highly recommend it.

The house was pretty nice. The only items of low quality were the bathroom towels and bed sheets. Nice kitchen and nice yard. Unfortunately, our vehicle was ransacked the first night of our stay and we were very worried about staying at this house the rest of the time. We had to lock up our belongings inside the house because we didn't trust the neighborhood after the car incident. The owner looked at her camera recordings for that night and didn't see anything significant. However, I felt that she wasn't too concerned that the incident occurred. The other nice thing about the house was that there were dog supplies and beach supplies in the garage, which was a thoughtful touch.

family oriented neighborhood, clean place with great amenities, Owners being respectful and tolerant when noise was an issue. But its not necessary to stay at the beautiful home with so much beautiful sites to see and so close to the beach and downtown.

Location is perfect, my dog loved having a fenced yard to hang out in, multiple seating areas inside & outside, very clean and well stocked with everything!

The property was wonderful! It's a perfect location if you want to get away, but be conveniently close to the beach, great restaurants, and all the action. Alexandra was awesome and so nice to work with.

The host was super responsive to our needs and gave us everything we needed. Nice outdoor area. The listing has a garage but you’re not able to park inside because of the belongings. Shower door is only 1/2way covering the shower so water gets everywhere. The upside is that its located close to Oceanside beach and Carlsbad.

We had the best time in this home! I stayed with my husband and 2 small kids. We loved the indoor/ outdoor living, the hot tub, fire feature, BBQ and outdoor dining area were all great and in working order. The indoors was lovely as well, very clean and well stocked with linens and robes. The kitchen is a dream! We would love to stay here again when its available!

The house was as described. Nice front and backyard. Hot tub and fire pit. A lot of pots/pans and dishes. An abundance of linens/towels. Owner very easy to work with and responded to any problems we had. Beach toys and chairs. Perfect for 4 or 5. Would definitely stay here again.

Would totally stay here again! My husband and I had a great time in Oceanside. The house was beautiful and charming. Your close to restaurants and the beach. Great communication from the host! Everything was almost perfect. Two suggestions for this property to make it perfect would be to change the lock box where the Keyes are kept because it was challenging every time when trying to place the Keyes inside when you would leave. It sounds trivial but can get quickly frustrating. And also the bathroom would be perfect with an extraction fan. When you shower the whole bathroom fogs up and gets moisture everywhere. It drips down the walls. Other than those small mostly just annoying details the property is great :)

Very quaint and cozy, loved the floor plan tucked away from the road with a nice front private outdoor space. Great amenities, excellent communication from the owner and we really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and cozy sleep arrangements. Kitchen was nice for meals and cooking and entertaining ourselves.

We loved every aspect of the property and communication was very easy with the property manager, we ran into a little bump with one of the locks but she offered to fix it right away and everything got situated. We only had one complaint: we agreed on having her fix the lock at night when we had planned to be off the property, but she surprised us with a morning visit instead, it wasn't invasive or a hassle in any way but it did catch us off guard because we thought she had agreed to come at night. Besides that, my friends and I enjoyed the hot tub and the walking distance to the beach, it was very fun!

Absolutely the best little place. Just far enough away from the busy beach streets, yet close enough to walk everywhere. We have a small dog that is older and she really appreciated the dog friendly yard. As we pulled up to the house my wife said outloud...."it's perfect". We had a nice time relaxing and taking in all that Oceanside and surrounding beach areas had to offer. Really well done by the owner. We'll be back!

Walked in to a very clean and cozy house. Location was perfect and really enjoyed our time there. Would definitely book this place again!
