Clean, friendly, location, near lots of shops and close to Central in Chawang.

They used to do free airport transfer but now it’s 300 baht. That was a major draw.

Multiple pools which are all nice, albeit nothing special. 24/7 assistance when you call for them. beds are very big and fine in hardness.

cockroach fell out of the airconditioning when we turned it on. personnel does not want to go the extra mile for a customer. it seems as everything is about money at this hotel. Hot water installation was not set right, so we had no hot water and had to call someone at 22:30 in the evening. beach is also very small/little.

The location is convenient for the airport, as well as many nice restaurants. There is a pool, which is a plus. I stayed in one of the basic rooms, which are 'no frills', but perfectly comfortable and adequate for the price. The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful.

The cheaper rooms are at the other side of the road from the reception and down a cobbled walkway. On arrival, it was fine, as a staff member drive me down in a golf buggy. The next day though, it was a bit of a mission to drag my heavy case uphill over the cobbles. It would have been helpful if there had been a reception phone in the room or even a visible number to call to ask reception if they could send a buggy to help me.

worst night sleep of my life. the staff were not helpful at all we arrived 3 hours before our check in as check in was at 2pm and were refused early check-in unless we payed 300 Bart extra for our 490 Bart room we decided not to pay and stay round the pool instead till 2. we asked for some pool towels and were told we were not allowed any. when we checked in the lady at the desk served the people behind us as there were in a nicer room bare in mind we were soaking wet as well as it had pored down with rain. once we got our room which was over the other side on the road I add we asked for some extra pillows as the ones we were given were extremely uncomfortable and were told that housekeeping had finished so we couldn’t get any.

GOOD ROOM, GOOD STAFF, NICE GARDEN AND POOL. THE STAFF CAN ASSIST YOU EVEN LATE CHECK IN AT NIGHT.

Beach resort is nice with 3 pools

Beds are a little hard and the planes fly right above you so it’s extremely loud but there are only a few and I booked this for its close location to the airport so it’s only fair

Great location, very clean and the staff are all so friendly and happy to help in any way they can. Food in the beach front restaurant was always good and great service.
