We loved everything about our stay at Santa Ana. It is a beautiful property with so many unique features. We came with a two year old and a four month old, and though it doesn't seem like the most family friendly destination on the surface, it turned out fabulously; the animals were a huge hit, the massive front lawn allowed for hours of kicking the soccer ball around, the meals were delicious and a high chair was available. We also enjoyed two great activities organised by the staff: a farm visit where we saw the cheese making process and a hike to the nearby waterfall (both excellent for our two year old)! Speaking of the staff: they were thoughtful, helpful and very accommodating!

Excellent Property. We stayed for 2 nights two adults and two kids and we all had a great time. The service was amazing, the breakfast delicious, and the Hacienda was simply perfect! The kids loved feeding the Alpacas and the horse back riding as well. Thank you!

This hotel provides a unique experience and attention. The attention and dedication provided by the owner "Rocio" and the facility managers Edison and Victor goes beyond and above. The hotel location allows you do all the highland activities expected in the Cotopaxi area.

Breakfast. Spacious green property with live animals. Amazing 400+ year old house with cozy living room. Plenty to see and do.

The location is perfect, so is the staff. Couldn't think about any better place to stay in that area.

Good ambiance and very quiet

Did not appreciate the check-out process cause to-date we have not received a receipt confirming the amount of payment. Leaves doubt in one's mind. During check-out we were told that an email will be sent but it has been 15 days and no email was ever sent.
