Everything was great

Location of property
Where to begin? Hard bed. Needs drastic renovation. All facilities run down. Paint pealing. Lovely bins under sign entrance which is half falling down. List goes on

There were lots of stuff missing like microwave, dvd player etc.

Nice to be in the bush with the kangaroos. Peaceful surroundings.
There were no face cloths, tea towels, or milk. Also the dishcloth we were provided had been nibbled by a mouse - despite a sign which told us to wash our own dishes and leave the kitchen in a tidy state. There was no reception (self check-in). Possibly in need of a bit of a revamp to keep operating as a 3.5 star accommodation provider.

The position and the view were great. Beds were large and comfortable. Heater was very effective.
The cabin was old. There were cobwebs and dust on the walls. The whole place needed painting. The lounge had holes in the upholstery. Curtain rods were gaffer taped together.

Good location, not far from the next town. Loved seeing the wildlife, especially kangaroos
Mud wasp nests were right next to the doorway and empty nests were left in the loft

The place was not clean and not maintained.

The location was good.
The villa was very dirty and had not been cleaned in quite a long time. There were stains on the towels and bed linen. There were dead bugs everywhere including beds. Family stayed in 2 other villas and there’s were the same. Sent an email to the email address provided as a way of contact and no one responded.

When we arrived the room we booked was full of bugs, they were everywhere. Thankfully I called reception and they immediately swapped us to another room.
The whole “resort” is incredibly run down old and out of date. Not at all what I expected and would most definitely not stay again.

Location was great.
The bathroom was lees than 1m from the bedroom and there was nothing separating the two. We are quite surprised that the set up passed council inspection.

Great location.
Easy access.
Didn't have any staff interaction aside from early emails re: nsw accommodation vouchers (very helpful and glad we could use).
The only thing that was a little off was the fire place outside. Love a fire pit but when we got back from adventure, we got into our villa and it smelt of smoke.
Wasn't sure how to drop key back.

What breakfast no breakfast no staff no restaurant didn't like anything about the place
No staff at all on the premises. No breakfast and no restaurant like i states on the web site. The pool was closed and the spa was dirty. We stayed in the loft didn't realise that the bathroom wasn't separate the toilet i behind a piece of glass near the bed head you can hear everything when someone uses the toilet.

It was easy and quiet, comfortable and warm, and very convenient to Petersen's House for a wedding
The Bar fridge had leftover food in a takeaway container , which was pretty gross

And close-ish to the venue I was attending an event at.
The toilet dripped most of the night.
Everything was very old. There was a french press for delicious coffee - but they only provided instant sachets.
The sliding door to the ground level verandah didn't have a lock on it.

The location, comfortable living area
A girls’ weekend….we’re all in our 60’s! The unfiltered tank water was off putting & needs an upgrade. Very low water pressure in the shower. Upgraded mattresses would be nice. Not much can be done about the wall height to the bedrooms I guess because of the cathedral ceilings but they’re not soundproof at all!

It's very outdated and old. There was no staff and a key was left at the door.

I was extremely disappointed with this “Resort”. The facilities were extremely run down & vacant. No one on-site to greet you. Our room was not what we booked and paid for. The room was not cleaned properly. Signs of cockroaches. Given the wrong room number & details to check in.
