The hotel has a room to keep skis and ski boots which is perfect so you can go from wearing slippers to ski boots without hassle. The hotel is in front of a ski slope (and a children slope called Brunoland that is ideal for young children and beginners). Waiters were extremely friendly and polite. The view from the dining room was very nice. Breakfast was very good. The hotel also has a play room with a fussball table. The hotel had a relaxed and casual atmosphere.

The village is tiny.

The location was fantastic! The room was perfect too.

I felt the personal was a bit distant (because i was travelling alone?). I really couldn't appreciate there was no massage available, although it was mentioned everywhere there was. The person at the reception (in the old building) was really not helpfull, almost rude. "It wasn't his job to help me activate my skipass, it was very complicated to order a taxi to go to the airport, I had to enter my code for paying 3 times, before he noticed he had the wrong device, no excuses for that, just weary looks at me". I had to wait at least 10 minutes before i could have a drink at the bar. The food was just reasonable, some time not warm enough.

The evening meal was superb. Five course meal. We stayed five nights and there was always a different menu. The drinks at this hotel are inexpensive with a nice choice of drinks. The waiters are very attentive and very polite. Breakfast was good with a good choice. The hotel is very quiet. The swimming pool is heated with a sizeable warm tub nearby. Very relaxing.

They could have a second coffee machine for breakfast.

Everything was good! Perfect service! Perfect place and view from the window. A lot of parking places. Tasty food and really good service. Hope to visit this place again.
