Grand appartement avec parking privé. C''était très propre et confortable. Belle terrasse avec vue sur le rocher. La plage a 5 min. Le propriétaire très sympa. Je reviendrais !

Really lovely apartment, very clean, it had everything you could want or need.

The apartment above us had a number of young men who were playing football in it. It was very noisy. The location is great, but the street noise is substantial at night. We stayed 2 week nights, and there were screams and shouting from the street below until 3am. Neither of these things can be helped. However, the owner wanted a 100 euro deposit via bank transfer before he would give us the pin number to collect the keys. This should have been dealt with via Booking as once I managed to transfer the deposit, he was charged €6 commission and was extremely unhappy. I suggested he deduct the €6 from the deposit upon return, which he did, but he was very unhappy about it and berated me. I found this very upsetting and unnecessary.

Lovely appartment in central location, all facilities were very good. The agent/owner who met us at the appartment was very helpful.

The pillows were a bit large/hard and some alternatives might be appreciated. Parking is a bit of a walk away

Everything. the location was central, the apartment was big and had everything you needed, the air con was brilliant especially with it being 40+ heat, the bedrooms were perfect, it was very clean and modern.

There was nothing I didn’t like. it was perfect.

Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Great Wi-Fi and TV. Very clean apartment. Fantastic beach very close by. Great restaurants and shops on your doorstep which are open until late.

Drainage in the shower could be improved. Bed in the living room not as comfortable as the beds in bedrooms but these are only minor complaints.

Really nice apartment, clean and fully renovated in a fantastic location. Within walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. The landlord was very nice and helpful. I would repeat my stay in the same apartment next time I visit Calpe again.

Great location and very clean. Large enough for a party of 5. Dimitry was great, spoke very good English and arranged transport to and from airport and wedding and always punctual

Shame no pool

Apartment was spotlessly clean and well presented. Great location just off the Gabriel Miro. Equally short walk to both the old town and beach 😎 Air-conditioning in the main bedroom which led to a comfortable nights sleep and in the main living area too ☺️ Fully fitted kitchen. Excellent communication with the agent.

No air-conditioning in the second bedroom and no mosquito blinds/nets so the night was extremely uncomfortable. Very little sleep. Main entrance door lock is temperamental, takes a little jiggling to gain access.

The apartment is in a great location and is extremely clean and comfortable. I can't not fault this place at all would highly recommend to anyone

Stayed here for one night while waiting to go to our final destination, it was amazing in every way facilities, location and support from team. I will return and stay longer

Nothing to dislike

Lovely views of the town and the Rock from the balcony. Easy for shopping picking up the morning croissants and handy supermarket close by. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything anyone could need in the kitchen. Efficient lift and easy access in hallway.

Some noise from the street on the Friday night but not enough to worry about or spoil our stay.

Smooth and fast checkin, ample paid parking nearby, and parking garage provided by the owner. The apartment is impeccably clean, everything is new, great views from the balcony. Sunrise from the balcony with Ifach mountain - priceless.
