From start to finish the property manager was personal. We had an issue and he jumped right on it. The washer and dryer needs be replaced or fixed but everything else was great.

Wonderful experience just a few glitches but would stay again and recommend to everyone

My family had a very enjoyable stay. Enough space for all to gather and bedrooms were nice. One concern was that the shower curtains seemed to be either dirty or badly stained. Other than that, no complaints. Unfortunately, the last morning, trying to wrangle everyone in was quite a chore, so we ended up checking out late, but the property manager was very nice about it. Very nice accommodations, easy to find our way around the area, close to everything we needed, & overall a great stay. Will reccommend. Thank you!

BUT, if you are looking for a clean, up to date home with all the "down home" fixins, this is the place. Bring a few books to sit on the deck and read. It's very tranquil. Just a 1/2 mile away or so is all the activity. Restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, gas stations AND the ocean. I hope you get the idea we love this place and I don't like to broadcast this because I'm afraid I will not get a spot when I want return. OH BY THE WAY, did I mention this was our 3rd time staying here!!!

First, I did not feel like the bedspreads had been cleaned in awhile. Second, was only able to get on one shuttle, due to the tiny nature of shuttle bus. Each bus only held 14 people, which was inexcusable during summer peak season. Any other time we went to the beach we had to drive. Other than that it was a great experience. And, on those days we could not get to the beach due to weather, the resort has three pools, which were great.

The entire place was very clean, lots of space, the kitchen contained everything we possibly could have needed, all we had to do was pick up food.. loved the balcony and it's calming view, I enjoyed morning coffee there daily.. My crew took part in the early morning Zumba classes, and aqua aerobics.. just a short walk from the place.. My crew really enjoyed 24 hours of pool access..again just steps away from the place... My crew spread about the place adults, teens, little ones and never once tripped over each other...The decorations and comfy furniture made it all seem like a "Home Away From Home" :-)

I don't believe that had been cleaned or if they had been, there were cleaned with very dirty water. Our feet were black from walking on the floors. We had small children and this was very alarming. The cleaning service really needs to be re-assessed. I sent pictures to the manager so that he could address this. I would stay again if the cleaning issue were addressed.

The unit was labeled as non-smoking, however it was clear that someone had smoked multiple times in the condo. It smelled in the closets, bathrooms, EVERYWHERE. It got better as we aired it out but continued to smell through out the whole weekend. The owner was accommodating and offered to give us $100 off the rental, which I appreciate. We had all the supplies we needed for cooking and cleaning. The pools were amazing especially the kiddie pool we had a lot of kids with us and they enjoyed every bit of it. We were also able to barbecue as the grills are provided for us as well overall we all had a blast at the resort would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

They were both very pleasant and satisfied any issues that I had. The staff at Plantation Resort resolve any issues and the shuttle driver, I'm sorry I can't remember his name but he was the more mature driver of the two drivers, he was awesome and very engaging.

We were originally supposed to stay in older condos but there was a problem with the power in the original condo. The management was so helpful and went out of their way to move and upgrade us because of the problem. I would recommend this place to anyone who said they were coming to the Surfside Beach area!!
