It was close to the beach, but lots of bushes in the way so could really get a good view

Unfortunately the upstairs air conditioning would not stay on and this made it unbearably hot up there.

Apartment furnishings were worn/ tired and bedding was very ordinary Towels were grey/ old and worn Should not be advertised as “luxury” because it isn’t.

No air-conditioning and tv in main bedroom very hot room even with fan and door open, no roof on balcony we had rain the hole stay and couldn't sit on balcony and enjoy view

Helpful, friendly Managers. Our spacious and luxurious 2 level apartment was fastidiously clean throughout. Ocean Views always fantastic. Furnishings and furniture in excellent condition. A large Laundry off huge functional kitchen was excellent. The upstairs main bathroom, with bath, was huge. The Master Suite was amazing but accessed down 15 stairs from upper level. We recommend anyone with mobility issues books directly with complex. Elevator doesn’t always provide direct access to every apartment. Dedicated car space in basement was a big plus. The newly revamped SLC is across the road and is outstanding. Excellent venue for meals. Costa Nova is in a wonderful location. Close to excellent beach, shopping centre and Noosa, but without manic crowds constantly.

Because Sunshine Beach is hilly, the large holiday complexes, of necessity, sprawl up and down the hillside. There are often a lot of stairs to access apartments and even some inside them. Costa Nova is not unique in this problem so our suggestion is discuss needs beforehand with the helpful Management.
