We had a lovely stay the apartment. It is in a great location with a short walk to the river. It was clean and comfortable.

Would like more than one clothes drying rack, that is of a more sturdy design, the one provided was small and quite flimsy., We prefer to dry and air our clothes naturally rather than using the drier. Better for our clothes, the environment, and avoids heating up the apartment when it is really hot. Running the clothes dryer made the bathroom really humid with moisture everywhere (slippery floors etc.).

Well equipped kitchen. Excellent location.

Welcome supplies miserly for three nights and no spare toilet roll. The front garden and lawn was messy and the concrete wasn’t swept under the mat etc. Living area needs at least one extra lounge chair.

there was some mystery white powder that kept getting over our clothes and hair. We think it was coming from the second bedroom. some of the towels had stains.

Size, location Despite the rain we were able to have breakfast outside and there was enough room to keep three people occupied.

Late check in was easy but code didn’t work. When I called the number there was someone confused and a little angry that I had his number. He had no information about our stay.

Outdated, lack of the written instructions for the guests. Some facilities do not work properly (dishwasher).

Unit was great, tidy, good condition and good location but we were not impressed with the confusing and duplicated emails we got. We booked through Booking.com but an agency handled it from there with confusing comms on a number of points eg. It stated that if we were arriving late we would need to fill out the pre booking form, all of which had already been provided but then when I called them on another matter they said that we would need to fill out the pre booking form anyway if we wanted to get digital access otherwise we would need to go into the centre of Noosa about 7km away to pick up keys/code. Emails we received had the same message repeated multiple times in the same email.

The apartment#6 was actually really nice. It feels like home to us. It was well thought of the owner to provide everything for their guests.

Our stay wasn't quiet enjoyable from the time we arrived on the 23-27/2 the weather was really bad. It was the worst weather. We were stuck in the apartment the whole time because some areas in noosa was flooded. So we are meant to go home on the 27th Feb but it was impossible because the roads going to Brisbane was flooded so the M1 are closed inbound and outbound. So we called the Noosashore accommodation who handled our apartment and asked if we could extend our stay till the roads going to Brisbane will be open and safe to travel home. Sharon said that there are guests who are coming from brisbane to check in on 27th and staying for 2 nights. "Let me just call that guests and find out if they are coming or not" she said. So we waited for her call back and response to us. Oh the guests are not coming so you guys can stay for another night. The guests didn't know the roads are flooded and m1 is closed too. So we were thinking that guests had just wasted his money for 2 nights because there is no free cancellation on the booking in this place. So we asked Sharon if we could speak to the owner and talked to them about our situation. Its a national emergency and we needed to seek accommodation because we couldn't travel safely to home. Maybe she could give us a discount for our stay for another 2 nights.knowing that the guests who had already paid for their stay here. She has refuse our requests and it was quite really stressful for me already. So in the end we were charge $165per night. Would be nice if the owner (kate,Joan,and elle) will leave there contact number for their guests rather that dealing with property manager.

Walking distance to the river and nice restaurants but too far to walk to main beach.

The apartment was nice but was not cleaned properly when we arrived. They previous guests hair was there, dishes were dirty, marks on the pillow cases and the floor was sticky. The pool was nice but no space around the pool to sit or lie down. You have to go outside the gate to the bbq area to sit.

Loved the place. Only issue was there was no air conditioning in the lounge but it had air conditioning in both bedrooms - which was a bonus. To cool the place down we only had to switch on the bedroom air conditioners and it cooled the lounge down.

Would have loved air conditioning in the lounge (coming from Tasmania we do feel the heat more) but otherwise the place was absolutely great and a great location.

Great location to Noosa river,cafes restaurants and local shopping centre. Unit 6 newly renovated,lovely place to stay,will book number 6 again.

Advertised as 2 bathroom, bathroom upstairs adjacent to first bedroom and laundry had a shower and toilet.
