Location and breakfast

No parking. The supervisor in the restaurant is rude.

Room was large and clean; toilet okay; small business feel hotel

Room window did not have view; bed was okay but pillows too big and too hard.

Staff were very quick to respond to requests (extra chair, bucket of ice toilet paper), however, there's need for the reception to have more life in welcoming guests.

The room color was drab in grey color (muted). It would be great to stay in bright white clean rooms. Also, there was an unnecessary comment from the male receptionist. He asked for my ID. Later he asked for my Mom's ID who is a senior citizen. I didn't ask him why but he said referring to my Mom, "yung ID din niya (her ID too) for the security of our guests". The comment was a bit odd considering my Mom is 72 years old, what security threat does she pose to the guests and if we were easily giving our IDs why the unnecessary comment. Lastly, the lack of parking especially for senior citizens is an issue.

The reception area is beautiful and the breakfast was one of the best we had in the Philippines. The room is OK, but a tad small for the price.

Only one small bottle of drinking water. The staff was friendly but should remember not to ask uncomfortable questions when two men book in together after reserving a room with a double bed. The draconian non-smoking rules in this part of town (even outside on the streets) saw us leave Manila two days early.

lack of power outlets, small refrigerator that did not work well, hot water tank not working to sell either. unit needs updating.
