Fantastic location - but not worth the money.
This property looks to have not had any maintenance or updates in many years. The walls were dirty, tiles missing in the bathroom, marks on all the walls and stiff beds. It could be a great unit if they spent even a small amount of money on upkeep (new carpet/paint/mattresses would be a great place to start).

Great location & balcony
The place is falling apart, every wall and piece of furniture is marked or has a hole in it, broken doors, uncomfortable bed, old stove top that barely worked, bathroom desperately needs updating
Property managers did not provide adequate information on gaining access to the property or where the bins were located, then tried to charge us a garbage fee because we couldn't find bins to put our rubbish in. Charged us $1000 bins which took 2 weeks to be returned to our bank account. The only thing going for it was the location.

the rooms were very cold -not a good heating system- it could be comfortable if have a good heating system

Location was excellent, close to all the Blues Festival activities.
The overall Presentation of unit. Needed a paint job. Curtains were off some of their runners, Latch on front & sliding doors needs adjusting. Stove & Grill not working. Welcome pack only 2 tea bags & 6 sugars. No locks on the doors between this Unit & the adjoining Unit.

It’s in a very handy spot
I didn’t like the fact that booking.com have this apartment listed in the wrong place on the map. I thought it was in a quieter location it also said it had parking which it does but not near the building
The unit is very run down and needs a renovation to bring it up to the price you are paying

Location certainly great. Close to shops and mountain.
Access to unit was difficult, no signage, wet, slippery, ice, garbage and no upkeep of property available. Realestate managers Raine & Horne "upgraded" us to Mowamba D2 which had strong smell of cigarettes, walls were impregnated with smoke smell, oven rangehood had a smell of burnt grease, filthy carpets, run down property. The smell was so strong that it stunk our clothes. Unit was unpleasant to be in. There was dust all around the baseboards and corners, rubbish and toys under the couch, possibly from previous tenants. We contacted realestate manager (Bill from Raine & Horne Thredbo) who were unfriendly and unwilling to discuss the issues. Bill left us a voice message but no number to call him back. In his message, Bill told us that "we had no other options" and that "$450 a night was cheap", "we shouldn't expect better". We knew the property was basic and were ok with that, but we expect cleanliness, especially during Covid19. They could have accommodated us elsewhere as the town was deserted due to early closure of ski season and there were loads of properties vacant. Thredbo had no one, every restaurant was closed, shops closed, nothing happening there during our stay. This agent obviously does not want to do his job properly. He chose to treat us with an attitude and this shows disrespect to both us guests and his landlord who pays for him to manage these properties. We were offered move into Mowamba E1 which "we really not going to like" (Bill's words on the message) and we did because at least the wasn't smell of cigarettes, but the same is to be said about E1 in terms of cleanliness. It was dirty. We are fine with BASIC but not fine with FILTHY. Both units were very much the same. Few points more below:
Mowamba D2: TV antenna didn't work, one channel only available.
