View and location was great. Easy access to slopes.

Parking and unloading/loading car was atrocious especially in the rain! There needs to be a turning circle at the end of the one way lane and loading parking in the lane.

The location is great - very convenient in the village plus a parking space! 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - good heating and great views. Worked well for 2 families. Having a washing machine and dishwasher was a bonus as well when you’re staying for the week.

When we arrived at 4pm (which is a very late checkin) none of the cleaning had been done. When the cleaners did come they didn’t do a very good job. This is likely just a result of lack of staffing and assume this is not standard but nonetheless not really acceptable overall.

The location is great, walking distance to shops, restaurants and ski place.

There is only one car space for 4 bedroom, which was not mentioned in the booking information. Door locker was broken leaving a big hole on the bedroom door, we travelled with other families which gave us no privacy in the room. We had to install the internet router by ourselves instead of the owner paying someone to set it up prior to the guests arrival. We were told to bring our own linen which is quite disappointing for an accommodation with over $1000 per night. Bedrooms are extremely small but I guess it's quite common for accommodations in Thredbo.

Felt the cleaner’s eye to detail was lacking - dishwasher not emptied, doonas disheveled on beds, empty toilet rolls in cabinet.

Great location and great views. An attractive and comfortable apartment with wonderful lounge furniture to relax a the end of the day. The beds were comfortable.

Cupboard space is limited to store food.

Cleanliness and no linen provided. Had to lug it all along with us. When you are paying $1400 a night you would expect linen and a clean apartment

Electric heater next to dinning table would not work. Turned on but did not heat up

The location could not be better.

I feel for the cost of the property that linen should be available. If this is not an option, then the offer of hire should be made available prior to arrival.

Mal was very helpful and the apartment was very clean.
