çalışanların güler yüzlü olması ve her zaman yardımcı olmaya hazır olmaları çok değerli. Problem olsa da çözmek için ellerinden geleni yaptıklarını hissettiriyorlar.

Mutfaklı odada kaldım ve o taraftaki asansör aşırı yavaştı ve inanılmaz çok bekledik. Diğeri bozukmuş tamir olamadı bir türlü 5 gün oradayken olmamıştı hala. Cafe bar tarafında biri devamlı durabilme imkanı olsa iyi olurdu.

L'habitació era gran i amb totes les comoditats. L'esmorzar buffet molt complert.

It was a lively and nice hotel. The room was spacious with a small kitchen perfect to make some tea after a long day away.

The next room had a party on the first evening and the sound level was high, but it didn't keep on going too late.

Friendly and helpful staff. Bike parking.

The room hat a lot of space but was not really thoughtful. The TV was at the other end of the room the walls where old and partly dirty. One light switch for the whole room. The hotel was a maze.

Good location for my visit, close to public transport, good accommodation.

When it's busy for meal times and in the evenings - not enough staff thus waiting awhile for service, impossible for 1 - 2 people to maintain serving drinks at bar, replenish food counter and clear tables. Amazed at how the staff at the bar maintained being friendly, pleasant and helpful under pressure.

Location is good. Room was clean

First of all, even though some rooms are mentioned as having a kitchen, there's hardly anything of good use. Heated cooktops provide extremely slow heating, not adequate for cooking . Room had a dysfunction wash basin in the toilette and the towel rod was broken as well. Navigation from reception to rooms are extremely complex. This place is only good enough for spending 1 night maximum without much expectations from the stay itself

The hotel itself and the rooms were large, clean, comfortable and pleasant. We really felt cosy. All workers are very nice, welcoming and helpful. We asked for kitchen stuff and immedietly got a kit with everything we needed (we also ate in the restaurant sometimes and enjoyed the food and service). The rented bikes were good for traveling in the city (not for long distances)

In one of the two rooms the water pressure in the shower wasn't the best and water was very hot but it didn't bother us that much so we didn't even bother to tell reception. Also the air conditioning was a bit weak and the room was warm, but we opened the window and it was great.
