Enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and well equipped. The room was basic, but I did have the basic room. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was ok, good value for money.

The wi fi was a bit slow, not very good in room.

- Free parking on site with gates - Check in was quick and easy (could have been more welcoming but ok) - Electric car chargers for a few spots available (can be paid by standard EV charging chip or card)

- Wifi in room absolutely unusable. Hard to connect at all and constant loss of connection and slow. Would not come if this is necessary. - Coffee machine was leaking

For a one-night overnight sleep driving through on the motorway, the hotel is OK, but the furniture, walls etc. are warned and are in need of refurbishment. A bit difficult to find the small street leading to the hotel.

Dusty areas, not super clean. Poor breakfast, average food in restaurant, poor location with little in the local area, difficult to reach Rotterdam centre.

Lobby looked really good and staff was really pleasant.

Windows were quite dirty and location of the hotel isn’t the best one.

The staff were very friendly. The room was a good size and the beds are comfortable.

The breakfast was expensive.

A Hotel in 2022 with bad wifi? Amazing. What is staff thinking by putting the heater on 5 before guests arrive - room was a sauna, had to put onthe AC in November

Good value for money on the dates with late booking. Free parking. Location was good for us. On site restaurant, we didn't visit it (one night stay), but it's good to have. A fast food restaurant is next door if someone prefers that :)

Quite small bathroom, shower hose was a bit broken.

Nothing special

Very bad attitude. We reserved hotel via booking and there was written, it is possible to cancel or change 48 hours before comming. And I did. I was originally booking for 2 nights, but in term I changed just for one night. It was Wednesday. No answer. So I wrote again msg via booking. No answer. And tried once again. No answer. I tried via web form at their webpage (no contact email there), no answer. So I come Friday evening and receptionist told us, I can't cancel or change it. And her attitude was pretty bad. Not very polite, no interest to do something. She said something like I can't do anything about it, it is your problem, not mine. ☹️ So we were going to room with very bad feeling. In morning there was other receptionist. I asked for hotel manager, she said I'm hotel manager. So I explained situation once again. She was more open to help and also more polite. She asked me to send her email with confirmation about change. I did. She also said, there is some communication problem between them and hotel, she said, they don't receive my msg or emails. But they haven't receive it via their webpage? Basically, nothing happens till now. I received several advertisement emails and messages from hotel, all dutch language. Really? I'm Slovak and they know it, I was communicating in English. But no answer to my problem till now. 🫤 Broken light or water not going down to drain and staying in shower is just small problem. So, what's their attitude to client? Never again. I strongly does not recommend it.
