Nice room, friendly staff

Fridge wasn't very cold. Had to put fridge items in freezer

I wouldn’t call this a deluxe cabin more of an upgrade to basic, but I can not fault the cabin as it was exceptionally clean. This isn’t what the photos looked like, I was expecting more of a wooden type cabin like the ones when you first arrive on the left hand side and also shown on booking.com photos, but I wasn’t overly disappointed as the cabin was very clean and comfortable. Only stayed 2 nights and had a good sleep. The bed and pillows were comfy. Not as close to horseshoe bay as I had hoped for, queens beach is still beautiful but not as wow compared to horseshoe bay. Staff were absolutely lovely, very helpful and friendly. Great spot to stay if you for a caravan or just want a night in a cabin to explore Bowen.

I think it’s expensive for what you get compared to other places in Bowen. I was disappointed that a milk wasn’t provided in the fridge with the complimentary tea bags and coffee, I like my tea with milk. The soaps provided are cheap and nasty and smell disgusting, they also do not lather up, but it’s not something to really complain about as I just used my own shower gel, but would of been nice to have some good smelling soap to wash my hands with. Feels a little dated with the net curtains, but comforting like I was staying at my Grandmas house.

We were able to check in early which was really nice. Staff were lovely & it was a safe environment for the kids. Great location & right next to the pub you can take the walkway directly through to for a sneaky beverage.

Cabin was a tad on the small side, however it was functional, clean and priced appropriately.

Cabin was perfect for us - comfortable and clean. Well stocked kitchen with a large fridge Pools (2) were great in the hot weather Staff were fantastic- replaced a TV which wasn’t picking up all the channels Short walk to the cinema Friendly family atmosphere

Parking directly outside villa. Very short walk to a nearby hotel restaurant. Quiet location and neighbours.
