Location was great. Near Kyobashi Metro Station, and a slightly longer walk to Tokyo Station. Close to amenities. Excellent Japanese Buffet Breakfast - I would recommend it.

The beads and pillows were very comfy. And it's kind of close to the Tokyo station.

The staff had a really hard time understanding English. They were not able to help me to mail my package as promoted as one of their services. The place had dust over the desk, the slippers were dirty, and the rug had dust as well.

Very small rooms...tight environment...no leisure facilities...very sober!

the location was great, very close to subway. had everything i needed for my short stay

the furnishings looked a bit old and were scratched

The small one elevator being the only option for all 11 stories. it often took 2-3 cycles for there to be space in the elevator.

Location was great and very close to the train station! It was nice that we were able to store our luggage there too
