Tesis tek kelime ile mükemmeldi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi. Pijamadan terliğe her şeyi tesis size sağlıyordu. Odalar Tokyo geneli düşünüldüğünde büyük sayılabilir. Odada ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey var. Yataklar konforluydu. Sadece camlar yarım açılıyordu. Konum olarak ana tren istasyonuna 10 dk yürüme mesafesindeydi. Ve istasyondan birden farklı metro hattı geçiyor. Şehrin diğer yerlerine ulaşım çok rahat.

Didn’t love the location. Couldn’t see outside, windows frosted and only opened an inch or so.

The location was excellent. Very convenient for trains to explore other parts of Tokyo but also plenty to do locally.

Miscommunication about luggage transfer with staff. I had specifically asked about same day transfer between Tokyo based hotels, and was assured that I could simply drop my bags off in the morning and my bags would be in my next hotel (in Tokyo Bay) on the same day. When I dropped my bags off I was told I needed a reservation for same day and my luggage would not be delivered until tomorrow. This was not suitable for me. So I had to fork out $120 taxi fare to transit as peak hour with two suitcases and two young kids was not going to happen. Also the couches used as bedding or dining table were quite stained.

No view out windows as they were all frosted and inoperable

The Mimaru chain of hotels are the best choice for any large family traveling through Japan. We had interconnected rooms for our family of 6 that both had a kitchenette and bathroom. One room had traditional tatami floors which was nice. All the rooms have the traditional opaque Japanese sliding opaque windows and warm light wooden finishes which are really nice. All the beds are a great size and were very comfortable with nice pillows. While there were no amenities like toothbrushes, toothpaste or wash cloths but there was really nice hair products and body wash in the shower room which lasted our whole stay. The place was very clean, and we were offered daily cleaning of our bins. There was a small laundry next to the foyer which had washing machines and dryers. This cost was 300 yen per wash and 100 yen per 30 minutes for the dryer. It was an easy 10 minute walk to Ueno Station which was a great station to get around Tokyo. There was a 7Eleven a block away and a Lawson which was very convenient for quick meals and snacks.

Unlike some Mimaru hotels this one was very small for our family of 6. We felt very squished up and didn't have very much room for our 6 suitcases. We could have fit them on the tatami floored room, but you are not allowed to place suitcases on them, so this wasn't an option. There are no views from any windows, so it feels very closed up. There are also air vents on the side of each room that allows airflow, but we found being in winter that the person sleeping next to it would get a cold breeze and could hear the nearby trains all night.

The location is near Ueno Station which is big station, there so much store inside the station. Not so crowd and peaceful area which mean no busy activities there. Staff very helpful and friendly 😆 There was 3 washing machine and 3 dryer machine, this so important therefore we dont need to bring so many clotches 😁

Good price, no fuss. Very helpful English speaking staff who helped me via chat very promptly multiple times. Comes with a mini kitchen, microwave and coin laundry.

Location. It’s a 8-10 mins walk to the train station. Basic cleaning is done daily but don’t expect hotel standard like making of beds as it’s a service apartment.

4인 가족이 한 방에서 지낼 수 있는 최적이 호텔입니다. 침대도 4개 있어서 각자의 침대에서 편안히 쉴 수 있습니다. 거실에 테이블과 의자가 있어 밥을 먹거라 쉴 수 있습니다. 주방에서 조리할 수 있고 전자레인지도 구비가 되어 있습니다. 직원 분들이 친절합니다. 체크인 날 조금 일 찍 도착했는데, 방이 이미 준비가 되었다면 추가 비용 없이 바로 체크인을 해 주셨습니다. 간단하게 할 수 있는 보드게임도 구비가 되어 있어 아이들이 좋아했습니다.

욕조 및 사워실 룸에서 약간 냄세가 납니다. 쳥결도라기 보다는 구조적으로 환기가 안 되어서 생기는 문제입니다. 환풍기를 오래 켰지만 크게 개선 되지는 않았습니다.

Nagyon kedves személyzet. Metró és vasút 10 perc séta, Ueno park és ott múzeumok 20 perc sétán belül. Narita reptér könnyen elérhető.

Superbe appart hôtel, très bien placé dans le quartier de Ueno, avec petite kitchenette, un konbini à 2 pas!

Pillows were too soft for our liking

No bed tidying service and no 3 beds. Only 2 blankets for 3 persons

The room is spacious, well furnished, well equipped. It even included toys for kids.

The shower toilet could be better designed

Location is good. Employees are nice. You can seek their support for calling a taxi when needed.

Limited wash machines.

Helped getting taxi, invited us to wait for it inside where it was cool, al.ways warm and welcoming and helpful.
