La ubicación muy buena y el parquing privado estupendo. La cocina también está bien.

La tapa del váter estaba desmontada y la funda del colchón tenía manchas. Y, sobre todo, no me parece bien la obligación de que el huésped limpie el apartamento o pague para su limpieza teniendo además que dejar el apartamento a las 10 a.m. Porque no sabes si el anterior inquilino ha limpiado bien o no. Creo que sería mejor pagar un poco más y que ibanova se encargue de la limpieza.

Attention la photo du logement sur booking correspond au logement 9 donc le plus sympa. Déco à ameliorer car pas très chaleureuse (éclairage notamment). Literie à revoir. Finition bac de douche et pommeau de douche en mode verticale. Meuble salle de bain à réparer. Téléviseur sans télécommande et réglages à revoir (arte en allemand exclusivement...chaines espagnoles et françaises mélangées)

Très bonne situation

Nous avons apprécié la proximité du bord de mer. Ce logement est un endroit idéal pour visiter Collioure. L'accueil était chaleureux et notre hôte était à l'écoute de nos demandes. Collioure est une petite ville très jolie, avec plusieurs plages, et les rues sont très animés avec restaurants, bars et commerces.

The floor was dirty when I arrived and having to pay €40 to clean after I’ve checked out is silly. Overpriced

Location was fantastic- exactly as advertised. 3-4 minute walk to the beach and centre of Collioure. The studio apartment was spotless and there was everything we needed. Morgan was extremely helpful and easy to contact. We’re already thinking of rebooking for next year!

It was all good

Excellent location. Beach very close. Shops, restaurants/bars just around the corner. Main part of town just a very pleasant 10 minute stroll. Apartments very modern and very smart and also very comfortable. Great communication with the hosts. Would definitely stay again Collioure itself, is a beautiful town and whilst touristy, it was never overly busy. .

No complaints really, just a couple of observations. The cost of linen hire and towel hire is very expensive. 90 euro for 2 x sets of bedsheets and 4 sets of towels.

The location and the air conditioner

It was very basic! No sheets or towels or soap in the bathroom. Understand that apparently in the fine print it was listed that sheets and towels were extra but - 45 euros for 2 people plus 40 euros for cleaning was ridiculous!!! It stayed a washing machine but that was 2 flights of steps away in a communal hallway

Beautiful apartment; in perfect location for town and beach - easy walking distance; good on site ;parking; very friendly staff.

Location was good. Kitchen was excellent, bathroom was a good size and functional. Communication with Morgan was good. Bed was good and a very nice view from the small verandah. Nicely refurbished in an old building.

TV did not stay tuned, could not watch a show, they need to pay for a decent antenna or get a smart tv with cable. It was very small, had to eat on the verandah all the time as there was no space for a table or chairs inside. You have to hire sheets and towels and they are expensive for such a short stay. Should have left more than 2 coffee pods for a 3 night stay. We wanted to stay an extra hour due to our train timetable and said we could but it was 10euro as per the booking conditions. I felt like it was penny pinching.

Very central and very clear instructions how to get there which were helpful. It was clean and tidy and I can recommend it for a few nights stay.

Didn’t realise there were no sheets and towels provided in the room cost so that was a surprise ..but money sorted that out and it was no drama in the end.

Location amazing, 2 minutes from the beach, view of castle from the balcony. Quiet, easy to find, area was Beautiful to visit.

The sheets situation was a bit of a faff, how to pay for them was confusing. Even if you brought your own, not sure how you would have the right bedding, the pillows were square for example, so needed a square cover. I’m not sure I felt the duvet cover provided fit either Cleaning the apartment was a little stressful, due to not knowing what their expectations were and only one cleaning product to use for shower, floor etc. I little note about where to leave the sheets would be good and finding the bins outside was confusing. These are all just little things though and only mentioning as it’s not something I’ve dealt with at any other stay, (but does seem to be a standard for apartments in this area.) Didn’t ruin my stay and wouldn’t put me off staying again though.

The studio is well located in a quiet neighborhood of Collioure and the host was very kind,helpful and friendly it was very comfy we had a pleasant stay I really recommend it!

very small. the shower was in the bedroom so you were showering in full view of (and less than 1m from) the bed. beds and particularly pillows very uncomfortable. bought the towels and sheets package as extra, and was provided two small bath towels and two hand towels for three people.

They charge you for rental of bed linen and towels. 45 euros for 2 people for only 2 nights! They state it very very small under extra info which no one checks. We could not cancel the booking as it had zero cancellation policy. So either way, we were screwed. Alarm in room beeped continously and we had to take it down to leave outside. Iron didn't work, bedside tables where wobbly. Bathroom has zero privacy. Now they asking for money for cleaning!! What cleaning? We slept there, showered and had tea.

property is in a great location and comes with parking, which is great. you are within minutes walk of everything you need. The room is clean and well appointed. the bathroom is good but the bed only moderately comfortable. supplying only one pillow each is not enough and would have been a problem had we not brought our own bedding.

bed was just ok. you need to read the small print. what looks like a good deal is quickly changed when you realise there is a bedding and cleaning charge.

Nearness to local facilities. Parking a little complicated to find but worked out OK. Good choice of eating places. Collioure was as quaint as I had read of from a variety of sources. Petite Train ride to Castle a must for all. Bathroom very good. Description honest and accurate, well done to Ibanova for providing a duplex for a family of 3 or 4. Would return here first if we can.

Stairs to apartment, narrow and steep. Beach stony, so did not swim so much..
