The proprietor is delightful. So friendly and helpful. The hotel is charming. The continental breakfast is excellent.

We parked easily but it might be difficult during peak season

Helene greeted us with patience, consideration, and information. Our rooms were extremely comfortable, quiet. She is magical. Made us feel cared for in each encounter. Merci merci merci!

This is a stylish hotel, in a great location. (I'd also like to mention that it smells excellent! Lavender maybe??? :) Reception was very helpful and welcoming.

Hotel very quaint

Owner when phoned to ask what parking was the best - proceeded in telling us to go in front of the barrier and when places available it would lift (as if we did not know) and said that she was fed up explaining how the parking works in Collioure - The questions we asked her was what is the best parking to use !!!

La Bona Casa is one of the best boutique hotels I've stayed at during my travels in South West of France. Excellent location in the center of Collioure, beautifully decorated with a lot of character, very comfortable, immaculately clean and welcoming. I would recommend having breakfast too, they provide everything you can wish for and more in continental breakfast. It truly is a special place and one can feel the attention to detail and passion for what they are doing to make every guest's stay a great experience. Thank you so very much Helene and the team, we will be back!

The position of the room

The hotel is in such a great spot. The bedroom was meticulously clean and the perfect size for us as a couple. We loved our stay.

If you are driving on a weekend the parking can be a bit tough. We parked about a 5 minute walk away which was fine for us.

Location was brilliant and staff were very helpful. The room was a bit awkward to navigate but bed was comfy. We could see the outdoor patio but it was occupied by smoking persons so we didn't get to sit outside.

Location. Manager...very welcoming. I made a mistake and showed up a day early and she still found room for me.

Nothing not to like. It is older, with out some of the amenities that American might expect, I loved it.

A charming hotel, in a great location, with an excellent hostess, Helen, and a very enjoyable breakfast.

Sadly the presence of the small supermarket and the early morning deliveries, makes the rooms at the front of the hotel very noisy from around 06:00.
