The room was well appointed, very clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast had everything that you might expect in regard to choice.

Perched on the clifftop, this is a traditional family hotel with friendly, accommodating staff and a welcoming atmosphere. Our room was compact but spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. It's a pet friendly hotel. Good value for such a great location.

In the newer extension at the rear the walls are thin and we could overhear every word said in the next room. The catering is homely - you're looking for fine dining or to eat later than 7pm there are other places nearby.

location was superb, the staff were unbelievably helpful and friendly. absolutely nothing was too much trouble. The quality of the food in the restaurant was also exceptional. 10/10 on all fronts.

the doors and walls are quite thin so I could hear the tv from next door but I’m sure they had it on quite loud!

We can honestly say that we have never stayed anywhere as welcoming and comfortable. Our two young granddaughters had just been diagnosed having celiac disease The staff went that extra mile to accommodate them both . Cannot wait to stay again

The property is in a lovely location and was very clean and tidy. staff had a lovely attitude and made the stay great.

only a slight niggle, I’m 6.2 and had to bend down to shower and minder the handset as the hose wasn’t long enough but it was a mixer valve over the bath. also it’s not thermostatic so had a few hot and cold moments but the girls loved the bath :-)

Bathroom / Damp, Mould!!! and warped flooring ,very small Bar shut last night of my stay? Could have let the patrons know as I cut short a night out to come back to a dark locked bar? Heating off last night of my stay(the coldest) and although reception was informed and was told it would be on it never did? Breakfast was decent but varied daily on what was offered

The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The room was too small. The heating was not working, so after the rain we had a problem to dry our clothes and shoes. The shower cabin is too small.
