Het is een prachtig hotel, het ontbijt is goed en de kamer was comfortabel.

We waren 4 weken op reis en we hebben gewacht met het laten wassen en strijken van onze kleding totdat we in een betrouwbaar hotel waren. We hadden namelijk een stapel was dat op 30 graden gewassen moest worden (geen gekke eis) en we hadden het gevoel dat we dat beter in een hotel konden vragen. Waar ging het mis? Receptioniste A zei ons bij de check-inn, zonder dat we er zelf over begonnen, dat we wasgoed konden afgeven bij de receptie. Dit hebben we de volgende dag gedaan en de was werd netjes aangenomen door receptioniste B. We zeiden expliciet dat de was op 30 graden gedaan moest worden en dat de was niet in de droger moest. Dat hebben we later op de dag nog een keer herhaald en receptioniste B verzekerde ons dat het allemaal goed zou komen. De dag na vertrek uit Salta ontdekten we dat onze was was gekrompen, buiten het feit dat het strijkwerk verschrikkelijk was. Het gaat om ongeveer 7 kilo was en om duizenden euro's kleding. We hebben dit aangekaart bij het hotel en wat was hun reactie? "Wij bieden geen was- en strijkservice aan. We besteden dit uit, dus u kunt contact opnemen met de desbetreffende partij." BELACHELIJK! Ons is iets verkocht en vervolgens is dit wat het is? In de communicatie met het hotel is er nul empathie, begrip en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Ongekend slecht.

Hôtel plein de charme et luxueux. Tout est joli, y compris le patio et jardin près de la piscine (quelques chambres donnant sur le patio, très sombres). Personnel très aimable. Petit déjeuner excellent!

Goede schone kamers. Fijne bedden. Goed ontbijt met keuze uit meerdere opties. Bovendien zeer vriendelijk en klantgericht personeel.

Zwembad was aan de kleine kant.

Sehr schickes Hotel im Kolonialstil, wunderschönes Zimmer und im Zentrum gelegen.

Amazing central location. Beautiful hotel with court yard and pool. Very helpful friendly staff. Best breakfast of our trip so far. Would highly recommend.

Nothing everything was great

It is a very well kept hotel with attention to details.

Being a very expensive place you would expect a bit more: a decent internet connection, to be informed that bedrooms have only windows in an internal corridor and that you never see the sunlight.

Very pretty hotel and very comfortable room with a large bathroom. Best breakfast we had during our trip. The staff were lovely and helpful.

Simply gorgeous hotel, right in the middle of Salta. Exceptionally beautiful exterior and interior. Could not recommend more.

Here and there fake plants.

The inner courtyard was fabulous. In the middle of a busy city, one would not know from the courtyard that there was so much activity outside. This is a magical hotel.

Bathroom didn’t appear to have been cleaned properly which was disappointing after a great first experience at this hotel

Wifi was slightly weak at times

Fabulous decor, great location, lovely and well appointed place overall. Breakfast menu was exquisite. The staff was exceedingly nice.

Not a dislike per se, because we visited in winter; but, the fridge does not work. I imagine in the summer that can be frustrating given the high temperatures. Also, some more ice on hand would be useful for serving bottles of white wine.

The beds were nice and large (we had a twin room) and the breakfast was really tasty. I especially liked the menu. I chose the Americano - avocado on toast with eggs, cheese, and ham. It was really tasty but also healthy. The coffee was delicious. Our rooms were at the front but we had a look at the garden at the back which was really lovely. The building is in a colonial style which is full of character and it is so central

The hotel, its staff, the breakfast, everything was perfect.

Very pleasant decor, you can tell someone put care chosing the wallpaper and furniture. The staff is elegantly friendly, the breakfast is served in nice dishware. Good sized rooms and bathrooms.

The Vicuna hotels in Cafayate and Salta are both gems. The decoration is delightful and staff are very helpful. The reception staff went out of their way to assist us with our many queries.

A wonderful little hotel in one of the nicest streets in Salta, a stone’s throw from a colourful church and some great restaurants, including Doña Salta and La Salteñería. The hotel staff was so attentive, helpful and kind. The garden at the back with a pool and comfortable loungers is charming, and ideal for a rest after an excursion. Nice breakfast options, too.

Nothing to signal

Such a lovely little hotel, with a great garden complete with a small pool to relax around. The bed was super comfortable, and everything was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh fruit and yoghurt. If staying, try and book a room upstairs as they are brighter and more private.

Very nice breakfast - much better than the other five hotels I stayed at in Argentina.
