Baños antiguos y el horario de check out a las 10am en fin de semana es demasiado pronto. La habitación no tiene cafetera ni calentador de agua. Personal en recepción no muy amable.

The hotel and restaurant staff are efficient, helpful, polite and very nice - in my opinion, this is this hotel's best feature. Everything is impeccably clean and the laundry service was great. The location is precisely what I was looking for (and what's advertised): central enough so you can get to the main plaza in 5 minutes but not right on the plaza (which, during Carnival, usually means you won't get much sleep). The room has a reasonable size, the bed is comfortable and so is the shower. Wifi works well.

The only thing I would point out is that the swimming pool was always quite loud: because it's an indoor pool and the space isn't very big, the many children on vacation took it over, their loud cheers and screams echoing, during my time at Casa Real.

Clean rooms, good location and very nice staff.

Room was hot and there was no ability to control the temperature as the thermostat was locked. Opening the window let in street noise which was very loud. Overall the hotel was quite dated. We took a look at the boutique hotel next door which was fantastic and not a lot more expensive. Total buyer’s remorse!

Convenient, lovely and helpful staff. Perfect for families.
