The staff are nice. They talk nicely. Prime asia is lucky to have good employees. Sadly the hotel itself is not good.

When i book this on booking.com it specifically show kettle is included. However when i was askin for it at the hotel there is an additional charge of 150 pesos. No complimentary coffee. Rooms are a bit old and smelly. Me and my family likes going to different hotel and this is the worst hotel weve been. I just thought of giving it a try coz pictures looks goodd but We'll never go back again. Other hotel has the same room rate but this hotel is not good.

I have to complain re double charging. They asked me to pay when I arrived in the property when this should be charged via Booking.com thru my debit card. Initially, I insisted to the front desk that I usually pay Booking. com thru credit/debit card. But the front desk personnel said I must settle in Cash at the property i.e. Prime Asia Hotel. So I did pay in full Cash upon checking on December 24, 2021. But as I checked today my online banking transaction history. Booking.com charged me with the same amount, thru my credit card! SO I paid BOTH Prime Asia hotel AND Booking.com! Please make the necessary remedy asap. Will Booking.com return my overpayment or should Prime Asia return it to me?

Got our car scraped because of the parking. They didn't have proper parking. The pillows are too thin huhu. Blanket is just a piece of thin fabric cannot use as comfort when we are cold. Probably because they want us to turn the AC off ,but if we do it is very warm. So you wouldn't know what to do. If you turn it ON, its cold the Blanket is not enough,. Turn it off or higher temp its warm. The price 4500++ is not worth it But the staff are nice.

the room i was in was a run-down suite room, with too much of defects, right from - main door, sliding door, lightings, bathroom fittings. really really run down and not maintained. Am disappointed for the price i have paid. Room No. 601.
