Pool bar and the friendly service

First of all the hotel itself is good. Best shower I ever found in the Philipinnes. Al so very secured. Room service food very good. Only we thought we ordered also a fruit platter. It took us 4 phone calls and 1 hour wait to get it figured out with the staff. Biggest issue what made our stay terrible is that they called at 3am at night because security thought we had two exrra guest staying with us while we had not and where sleeping allready few hours. They made a lor of fuss and demanded a check in our room. Off course didnt find anybody. Apperently security saw it wrong on cctv because it was the room next to us. Off course we got appoligicy but it was really terrible.

Roomservice staff so slow Nightly call and accussing us

Location, rooms are nice and clean. Good food. Nice pool and balcony overview on pool. Parking perfect and secure.

Only some rooms need maintenance. One lady at pool bar very unfriendly. Think her name dory. Rest of staff very friendly and welcoming.

pool area good however the bigger pool’s water cloudy. Staff good. excellent location to walking street. all staff good.

Lovely open plan areas with a large lagoon pool. Great location.

ac unit in room barely ran and hair from previous guest were everywhere

it was very close to everything and nothing was a problem and the staff were always helpful

it was clean and the grounds were good great pool and facilities

The breakfast selection ok. Everything seemed fresh and it's available 24 hrs a day

Because of the location in the city, it's a bit noisy at night. It's a fine establishment for families, kids will love it, but they depend on the nightlife of Angeles City to thrive, and that comes with consequences.

the hotel is old and showing wear and tear. in room appliances etc were very old. my toilet was broken
