We enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and the location was perfect. There is a trolley stop close by so if you want to ise that service it is very convenient to the property. We used the pool as well. The condo is a close walking distance. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with cooking tools. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was even prettier in person! We loved having a cozy place to stay while on vacation. The condo was located pretty much less than 10 minutes away to everything we wanted to do on our vacation. Excellent place to stay, excellent location and we will be booking here again in the future! We really enjoyed staying at Sarah’s mtn blessing. It was a great location. The kids loved the pool that was close. It was very convenient to a lot of attractions. It was clean, and spacious. We would love to stay here again.

Place was nice and was clean for the most part. Kitchen had plenty of things to cook breakfast and things. The only real problem was we have 6 people in our family and there was as a blow up mattress however it would not stay up though the night. My seven year old 40 lb daughter slept on it and every morning she was on the floor. There is no way 2 people could have slept on that mattress. I even asked about it because I read other reviews and was told it had been replaced but it was not.

The location is perfect and the pictures look just like the location! Very private on balcony with views of trees and very peaceful. Beds are comfy and kitchen is well stocked with extra cold fridge! My husband loved the game system in the living room. Neighbors all very nice and very helpful with places to go. Definitely will be back and recommend! Can’t wait to see yall on our next trip to the mountains!

Had a few issues when arriving but communication with condo owner was prompt and resolved quickly. Condo is in a very convenient location.

We spent a few days in Pigeon Forge with friends. This location is so convenient to everything in Pigeon Forge. It is off the highway so it even though it is in the heart of town it very quiet. We couldn't see the mountains but behind the condo were trees and lots of birds.

Perfect location. Although you are in town, the setting of these condos gives a feel of being removed from the noise and traffic.

Overall a nice place. Cleanliness could have been better. Toxic smell of cleaning products upon arrival with sticky floors. Like mentioned in previous review the air mattress still has a slow leak.

The condo was in a great location if you want to be right in the middle of all the Pigeon Forge activities, which we did. The pool and hot tub were a great addition which the kids loved! Everything in the condo was clean, beds were comfortable and had everything we needed. I gave it 4 stars instead of the 5 b/c the air mattress would not stay inflated for more than a few minutes. There is no couch, only a love seat, so my 15 year old son had to sleep on several pillows on the floor. Had we known in advance, we would have brought one from home. There were several lights out, and the managers came in and replaced most of those within the same day. The balcony light was out. Not a huge deal, but it was pitch black out there at night. I would definitely stay there again.

There was a very odd smell in the unit. I do not know what it was but it kind of smelled like mildew. The lock is fidgety and difficult to use. The neighborhood was amazing. Easy to access from the main strip. Unfortunately the pool was not usable. It was so heavily chlorinated it was difficult to breathe and the outdoor pool was not open yet. Other than that the units appeared clean. The owners were easy to get up with and the listing is appropriate for the property.

Location was excellent, the condo was very nice. If I had anything to complain it would there were no additional trash bags and a small dish rag but that is just my OCD. Our family loved it, we highly recommend you to book your next trip there and we would definitely stay there again.

So pleased with our stay! The condo was impeccably clean, and the furnishings were tasteful. It was stocked with thoughtful amenities, from a fully equipped kitchen to full-size hair dryer. It’s evident that the host cares about their guests’ comfort. We highly recommend this location and hosts. We will be back!

We loved staying here while on our trip to visit the national park. The area is incredibly cute and there is so much to do. The hot tub is AMAZING and we were big fans of the king size beds. The water pressure in the second bedroom was a little uncertain at times but it was hardly an inconvenience.

The floors were black if you were bare for just a short time. The air mattress had a pin hole in it so in the middle of the night my daughter in law fell off. You could hear the people up stairs stomping during the night and the elevator sounded like it was on its last leg. We loved the location, I feel it is a little out dated. The mop in the closet was so black on the bottom it was useless to mop the floors. The floors were just nasty. I could deal with the rest.

Over all the stay was great. We had loads of fun and shopping. The only thing is the hair dryer in the master bathroom did not work so we had to take the other dryer to share which was no big deal. The not working hair dryer got really hot to the touch and didn’t blow at all. We left it unplugged. We replaced the light bulb over the dining table which was out. The light in the closet in the master bedroom is out and the interior of the washer needs to be cleaned. It appeared to have some mold on it.

The shower stall appeared to be dirty or old. It needs to have safety hand rails installed for older guests like me and my friends. The rest of the property was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The TV reception was not the best but we were not on the property much to worry about this.

exactly as described. Bring your own toilet paper and hand soap for bathrooms. the tp lasted us less than a 12 hour stay for 4 people, and only 1 liquid soap, no bars. Other than that, it was perfect.

Easy to get to. The Directions from site were clear. The property grounds were clean and nice. No complications. Only thing is the refrigerator. We found you have to make sure it is closed shut completely or it will not freeze or stay cold enough . Overall it was a good stay.

As always, it was an enjoyable stay. Certainly won’t be the last time!

Great stay

Excellent property and excellent location. My guests and I enjoyed our weekend stay! We hope to book again in the future.

Property was just as pictured. Very clean and very quite. We enjoyed the easy checkin and checkout process.

We came for a baseball tournament at the Ripken complex. The townhome was in a great location, close to the field. We were able to run back to the house during a storm delay! Convenient location for all the things on the main strip. Home was clean and in great condition! Would definitely stay there again! The couple renting the home were extremely quick to answer any questions.

Location is great!! Conveniently located right off of the strip, close to all of the attractions, close to the condos playground and pool. Communication with the owners was quick and straightforward. However, the condo itself could use some repairs and attention. The lock on the door is contrary to say the least. You really have to pay attention and work with it to make sure you have it shut and locked when leaving as it doesn’t latch properly. One of the beds is on some sort of plastic toting instead of a box spring which isn’t the most comfortable. Not to mention it is noisy getting in and out of bed. The place definitely could have been cleaner. We used the staircase once or twice and discovered a lot of dead pests along the way. A family member had one live pest visit her in the shower. Overall, this place wasn’t awful! It just needs some TLC!

When we arrived for our stay, we were surprised to see a goody bag with a “Thank You” card in it. This little gesture was a welcomed surprise for us and very much appreciated. The property was as described and was in an excellent location. In previous trips to Pigeon Forge, we have spent hours waiting in traffic to get to a tourist location. The location of this condo is very close to all of the sought after attractions and significantly reduces wasted time sitting in traffic. I give this property an overall 5-star rating, however, as with everything, nothing is perfect. While this is in no way a complaint, I think I’d be doing the owners (and future guests) a disservice if I did not mention a few things. 1. The air mattress is a nice “bonus bed”, however, it may need to be replaced because it did not stay inflated all night. My kids slept on it and ended up on the floor a few nights. 2. The games, and specifically the puzzles, were missing multiple pieces. This is not the owners fault and is a direct result of previous guests use. 3. Cleanliness. While I never felt like the condo was dirty, I do want to mention a few things. We came across several dishes that were put up as if they were clean but were obviously still dirty. The bathroom in the main bedroom needs some dusting as the pictures in the bathroom were dusty, as was the faux plant on the toilet tank. The shower tiles and framing had what appeared to be some mildew. Overall, great condo. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved it

This was a great property and location we enjoyed staying there. We got there late and had a hard time opening the door the lock needs some work we finally got it open but it took about 15 minutes and each time we went out we had a hard time opening the front door. We brought our 80 year old Aunt with us and she had a hard time taking a shower because there was no grab bars in either bathroom. It would have been nice to have a few coffee pods to get us started in the morning. But other than that it was clean and we really enjoyed the balcony.
