I really would love returning to Bella Loma. You don’t need the air conditioner with open air design. Location was great. I was on a quiet street yet a few minutes to everything (breakfast, shops, the beach etc) everything is modern and well kept. Great view of the beach. Friendly hostess only a phone call away. What more can I ask for?

I'm not sure if there's more you can ask for in a condo in PV. You can't beat the location to the beach, restaurants, and other points of interest. Everything was walking distance. It was immaculately clean, well stocked, and with strong wifi. We had 5 restful nights. The owners were quite welcoming and responsive.

While I usually am not one to complain. Upon arrival I notified the owners of a very strong sewage smell coming from the entire condo. To the point of being awoken by it in the middle of the night. I tried to solve myself by running water down all drains, cracking a window in the washroom and closing the washroom door. The smell was unbearable. The owners did send the maid however I don't believe it was a cleanliness issue. After two days the smell did start to dissipate and become bearable. My contact with the owners regarding this issue was less than pleasant. The bed is hard as a rock might as well have slept on the floor. I did move to the love seat "couch" after night three and while unable to stretch out, I was able to finally sleep. The view is nice, the location is nice.

Well, I'll start here. The code to the lock box was changed and I did receive that message from the owner a week from the owner. However that changed code did not get updated in the check in instructions. So we show up using the sent check in instructions that has an old code. We couldn't get into the property so I called and sent a message. Standing outside is 100 degree weather waiting for a response and the call was not picked up. After a few more tries I received a call back and was given the right code. We arrive 3pm the towels were not done drying and were just left in the dryer. We finished drying them and folding and put them away. The next day we left to eat breakfast and double checked the door lock as they lock opposite of the US doors. Upon returning the door was open, not just unlocked but open. After checking nobody was in the unit I sent a message to the owner and a few minutes later the maid came to check on us. Someone had entered the unit. There was a guy going into the adjacent pool bathroom. Probably heard the elevator coming up and rushed out of the unit. The floor tile grout throughout the unit is black from dirt. The glass patio doors were very dirty as well. It was still a nice stay and the location is perfect. However after even going the extra mile of washing and folding towels and linen today I get some BS saying there was a stain on the sheets reported by the maid? Probably because forgot her tip was in my shirt pocket, liar!

Overall an amazing place to stay! Host were very communicative and property management was extremely friendly. The location was perfect, in the middle of everything but just off the path to have quiet when it’s time to relax. Will definitely look to book again when we return!

the condo was absolutely adorable and comfortable...I felt at home about 10 minutes after entering, the amenities were as described!..I was missing a bluetooth speaker and propane for the grill and one message to Charlotte and issues resolved...Fernando was there the next day!...All in all I had a most relaxing time...the location is perfect for a stroll down to the beach and just around the corner from many many bars and restaurants...I'm already looking at next year!...perhaps I should leave an awful review so I can book the unit worry free next year!....LOL..I could never do that to the wonderful owner, John, and my experience @ Casa Tesoro Escondido!!!..the lovely cleaning lady, Charlotte, Fernando and also a shout out to Vrbo for a wonderful easy experience!...and of course the wonderful warm, gracious citizens of Puerto Vallarta!...much life, love and laughter!...

Great location to walk to the beach, restaurants or shopping! The condo is tucked at the end of a short street in a cute little area. The condo building access is secure. The bed is comfortable and the ocean view from the kitchen/living room area and the wrap around patio is spectacular! The hosts are very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We would recommend this property and will stay again.

Nice property somewhat difficult to navigate entry and door locks and also construction work in progress but after a day of navigating it became much easier. We arrived on a Tuesday the condo was extremely hot and the dryer was running with towels ? AC in bedroom works great not so good in living room.

The property itself was exactly what we wanted, We had a great room, we loved the front deck overlooking the ocean. Also the roof top patio and pool was a great place to retreat to for sun and cool dips or to watch the amazing sunset and the occasional whale breeching. The ocean was 2/12 blocks away as advertised. For most people myself included was no problem, but my wife has a bad hip and asthma. So the walk up the hill every day was very difficult for her. Resteraunt and amenities were all within walking distance. The weather was sunny 34 out of our 35 day stay. Raymond

At check in apt was occupied. After a few hours we were put on another apt. Where we spent the night. Next day we were moved to the correct apt. After all that everything was perfect.

There’s definitely relaxation to be had with the fresh open air concept corner unit & rooftop pool lounging when not at the beach. Casa Tesoro Escondido is a wonderful choice for comfort when making holiday in Zona Romántica!

Location is easy to get to. Nice view. Owners are great and easy to communicate with. I loved this place

The place was easy to find and the instructions for check-in were simple and precise. The place itself looks bigger in the pictures, but that didn't bother me. Very clean and you have a nice view on your balcony and an even better view on the rooftop that also has a pool. Very good customer service when communicating with the host I definitely recommend this place!

Loved staying at this fantastic apartment! It has all the amenities that you would need for a short or long term stay, steps away from the beach, bars and restaurants. Host was very responsive and check in/our process was very easy. Would highly recommend!

Close to the beach and zona romántica.

We loved the location of this property. Everything was clean and just as described. The bath towels were soft and luxurious. We loved the pool and the view from the pool. The hosts were very responsive. The only negatives were that there was very little water pressure in the shower, sometimes no more than just a trickle and the a/c in the living room couldn't keep up with the sun in April, so we couldn't have the blinds open during the day to enjoy the beautiful view.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights for a last-minute getaway. The condo was perfect for us: clean apartment, lovely neighborhood, excellent communication from host including clear instructions on accessing property and good airport tips, too. Easy access to all the Zona Romantica has to offer, including short walk to beach. Would def recommend!

We spent 9 nights at the condo and loved the space. It is close to a main highway but the traffic sound is doable. It is quite at night and most of AM. This is hard to find in PV. The house keeper was wonderful. She cleaned every other day. It was nice to come home to a fresh place. Good bed and adequate kitchen. Great location, can't wait to return.

Pre stay for timeshare in Bucerias. Parking was adequate. Clean residence. Comfortable. Well appointed. Great location. Walkable.area.close to beach. Would do again.

My friends and us usually stay at another location in the area and decided to find a cozier place for just my husband and I and this was exactly what we were looking for. Host was wonderful. Thank you so much!

I will be honest, I absolutely LOVED everything about this property. The location, the decor, the comfort, the cleanliness.....I was traveling by myself and felt VERY safe. The unit was perfect for me and included a great workstation. The views are gorgeous and the air flow throughout the unit was amazing. I would absolutely stay here again.

PV is very hilly and this spot has a view and is removed from the congestion but close too.

We stayed here for 8 nights and couldn’t have asked for a better place to settle down and work from for the last part of our trip. The view was stunning and the open air concept made the place feel big and airy. It was walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. We would definitely stay here again

Very close to the beach and the action, yet just far enough away to be quiet when you need. The maid service was nice as well over the course of the 10 days I was there. Building and unit are well maintained, and the pool and views were great!

My husband and I had a great time staying at Tesoro Escondido for 7 days. Place was spotless, everything worked, bed was comfortable! We had stayed in the Zona Romantica in PV several times before so we knew the terrain beforehand. Thus we weren't surprised to find that the elevator does NOT take you to the beach, just to the lowest level of the building. There are lots of shops and restaurants within close walking distance but the beach is a good steep walk away. We're in our 70's and in decent shape, so the hike simply made us able to have those cervezas and tacos without too much guilt!

Great location for walking to the beach and restaurants. The property is well maintained and the rooftop pool was amazing with a picturesque view. Easy check in and out with prompt communication from the owner. Definitely recommend and hope to be back soon.!

This was a great stay for me and my partner. It is very close to restaurants and the beach. The rooftop pool is amazing. John, the host, was very responsive and flexible.

Really modern, clean, tastefully decorated by owners with great attention to detail. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of room. The best thing…the view! What a patio and just one floor above a fantastic patio with a negative edge pool. Every night at sunset either from the pool or our patio we watched the sunset. If your familiar with the Zona Romántica your in the the heart of the Zona. If not familiar your in a great neighborhood for restaurants and bars and just 3 blocks to the beach! Lovely owners and very responsive! truly a great property!
