Great location. Spacious room and bathroom. Loved the coffee maker. It has a safe. The parking lot is around the corner and very secure. There is a restaurant next to the lobby. Friendly staff.

Nice and easy checkin and staff were terrific. Had a great sleep and the beds were comfortable. Shower was nice and hot.

The website and confirmation page listed features that in fact do not exist. Specifically, there is no fridge or microwave in any room, much less a complete kitchenette. Nobody could offer any explanation.

it's a very good hotel and the zone is very quiet. Restaurant Staff is highly educated and willing to please you. the menu is limited but it's a good price.

The WiFi wasn't working properly always.

I booked a room to enjoy a spa bath and the hot water and bath was just what was needed after 6 weeks of showers. Room was pleasant, and clean.

Reception was lacking. No English. Masks. Did not even show me there was a special elevator for floor 6 so I was up and down and looking before a return to the desk. I called many times for room service, reception also tried to put me through. Eventually a server with English called and I was able to get light snacks. Absolutely nothing but guacamole for vegetarians and nachos naturelle turned out to have cheese though the menu did not say that and only a couple of spoons of guacamole, orange juice was fresh and generous and french fries ok. Menu not in English, I had to look everything up on the internet. I enjoyed myself within the limitations and did not leave my room as everything seemed to complicated. For a hotel next to department stores with so many world tourists and a good hotel, little care to customer service and staff stressed. Doorman was helpful with luggage while I waited for my driver. Everyone is doing their best however it is not a time for optimum service for an expensive room.
